Provincial Court), I finally found the truth! At that time, the murderer Danny Yu pretended to help us, so we got into the trap which was set and planned in advance through the collusion of Danny Yu, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, the Canadian police and the coroner. Danny Yu didn't let us know and did not have our authorization, he even didn't know our family personal data. Under this situation, they were still able to destroy the evidences (secret transportation of Yang's body and destroying the scene of the murder, etc.) and covering Yang's case. 		The Canadian coroner and the suspect Danny Yu colluded each other to transport Yang's body secretly, thus let Yang's body be cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment. This made the evidences on Yang's body be destroyed.

		The Canadian coroner speedily threw away Yang's body samples. He didn't only destroy the evidences but also deprived us of the right to apply for the second poisoning experiment.

		For covering Mr. Agnessi's not investigating Yang's whereabouts from October 23^rd to 28^th, 1996, the coroners lied to us in Montreal meeting by saying that the exact date of Yang's death couldn't be judged correctly. In fact, his inquest report has indicated that the date of Yang's death was October 28^th, 1996.

		When Mr. Forget was still collecting the evidence in Yang's apartment, the suspect Rebecca Liao called Yang's telephone number and erased off all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine by remote control. When Yang's apartment was still controlled and blocked by Mr. Forget, he dared to allow La Cite to clean Yang's apartment and destroy the scene of the murder, etc.

		For covering the suspects Rebecca Liao and others, he used perjurers' testimonies and his own forgery to hinted Yang's case to a suicide case.

		For protecting the suspect Rebecca Liao, he perjured for covering Rebecca Liao's erasing off all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine via remote control. He also didn't clarify who her boyfriend is. He even didn't investigate her whereabouts during October 26^thto 28^th, 1996.

		Two years after Yang's case, my detective found out that on Nov. 1^st, 1996 Danny Yu had already asked Valley View Funeral Home to handle Yang's body transportation A.S.A.P. It proved that on Nov. 1 1996 Danny Yu made sure the dead man was Yang Yi-Li, thus he was the suspect. However, in the report of the Canadian police and the coroner, they indicated that on Nov. 1^st, 1996 Yang's family asked Ms. Chen to go to Yang's apartment for searching Yang. They also indicated that the Canadian police asked Ms. Chen to notify Yang's family that one man died in Yang's apartment and they asked the family to come to Montreal for identifying the dead man. But they didn't indicate Danny Yu had handled all the relative procedures of Yang's body transportation. It proves that the Canadian police and the coroner intentionally covered the suspect Danny Yu and cheated Yang's family maliciously.

		Nearly three years after Yang's case, based on the documents of Yang's case which my lawyer got from the funeral home (signed by my lawyer and notarized by B.C. Provincial Court), I found that on October 31^st, 1996 Mr. Forget made a phone call to Danny Yu and Armstrong Funeral Home quoted for transportation of Yang's body. These prove that on October 31^st, 1996 Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance, thus he was the murderer. The fax. no. 613-231-8491 of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa shown at the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document (P.246-1) provided by Valley View Funeral Home proves that Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa and Danny Yu are evidence destroyers and murderers.

	For covering and matching the illegal act of secret transportation and evidences destroying of Yang's body done by the murderers Danny Yu and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa...
		The Canadian police and the coroner didn't indicate Danny Yu's illegal act in their reports. Please refer to [Attachment 14]. The coroner speedily issued the questionable Yang's attestation of death and authorization of disposition of Yang's body in advance. Please refer to [Attachment16]. Valley View Funeral Home of Surrey, B.C. and Armstrong Funeral Home of Montreal boldly forged the Quebec government Declaration of Death (DEC-100) of Yang Yi-Li respectively.
