After we just recognized Yang's body with Danny Yu on Nov. 4^th, 1996 afternoon, the body was immediately moved from coroner department to the Armstrong Funeral Home by the coroners secretly and was cleaned and also performed antiseptic treatment. This made the evidences on Yang's body be destroyed.

The statements of the coroner and the police in the Montreal meeting proved that Danny Yu's work in Yang's murder case was to destroy the evidence and to perjure to Mr. Agnessi. But Ku Hai-Shan of Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau and Teng Cho-Jan of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa covered this fact for protecting Danny Yu.

1.	*Danny Yu's work in Yang's murder case was to destroy the evidence, because...*

	During the Montreal meeting on Sep. 15^th, 1997, we showed the following evidence [On Nov. 6^th, 1996, Mr. Chen (on Nov. 5^th, 1996 afternoon Danny Yu went to Ottawa and back to Vancouver) accompanied us to see Yang's body at coroner department. We protested against the coroner's assistant Mr. Louis Metivier when we found Yang's body was lost and asked Mr. Metivier to write certificate (P.227). We also took a picture of him in front of the computer screen]. Then Mr. Metivier finally confessed the above mentioned acts and apologized to the family openly. Mr. Metivier said this was caused by the call from Danny Yu on Nov. 4^th, 1996 for transporting Yang's body and the yellow sheet overlooked by the coroner. 	B.	Mr. Metivier's certificate dated Nov. 6^th, 1996(P.227): The upper page was printed from the computer by him, it indicated the body was moved to Armstrong on Nov. 5^th, 1996. He noted on the lower page “The body of mister Yi Li Yang must not be released without parents' authorization.”

	C.	Armstrong Funeral Home report (P.228) indicated that on Nov. 4^th, 1996 they picked up Yi-Li Yang's body from the Montreal City Morgue, then they cleaned the body and performed antiseptic treatment on it.

	*Note1:*		Two years after Yang's case, I found Danny Yu was the murderer and he had colluded with the Canadian police and coroner in advance. The situation at that time is as follows:

		a.	He was only a translator for us.

		b.	On Nov. 4^th, 1996 afternoon, Danny Yu accompanied us to visit the coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud, however Mr. Roger C. Michaud was so shameless to cheat us that to apply for second examination, we must receive his inquest report first, and only samples would be necessary for the second examination. He said the body wouldn't be examined again and could be buried. But we insisted Yang was murdered and the body should be put in the coroners department to wait for the 2^nd examination of the senior coroners. The secretary of the coroner also agreed with us.

		c.	On Nov. 6^th, 1996 morning, the statements of Danny Yu and the coroner's assistant Mr. Metivier were the same. They said Mr. Pierre of Armstrong Funeral Home called them for moving the body and they insisted it was legal. The coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud said it was nothing to do with him. In fact, it was, of course, related to him since on Nov. 2^th, 1996 he had speedily issued the questionable Yang's attestation of death (P.275) and authorization of disposition of Yang's body (P.243) in advance.

		d.	On Nov. 6^th, 1996, at 10.00AM, we arrived at the coroner department and found Yang's body was missing. The body was back to the coroner department until 2:00PM. At 3:00PM, accompanied by Mr. Chen, we visited Police branch 33 for advising the police of the above event. However, on Nov. 15^th, the scene of the murder was destroyed when it was controlled and blockaded by the police.

	*Note 2:*		The most incredible was that the body had been sent out from the coroner department on Nov. 5^th, 1996 (P.227), but the time when Armstrong Funeral Home received the body was Nov. 4^th, 1996 (P.228).

	*Note 3:*		Two years after Yang's case, from the report of our detective Mr. John Connolly dated Jan. 12^th, 1999, we finally knew that if we hadn't found out Yang's body was missing when we were at the coroner department, Yang's body would have been moved secretly from Montreal to Surrey, B.C. via Air Canada 139 air waybill no. 01406492312 on Nov. 6^th, 1996 at 04:55PM. This was indicated in the corpse delivery document (P.246) and the fax (P.278-5) from Armstrong Funeral Home to Valley View Funeral Home dated Nov. 5^th, 1996 as well as the letter from Mr. Pierre Roy of Armstrong Funeral Home to my detective Mr. John Connolly dated Jan. 11^th, 1999 (P.274).

2.	Danny Yu perjured to Mr. Agnessi because...

	A.	On Sep. 11^th, 1997 during the Montreal meeting, Mr. Agnessi pointed out Danny Yu had told him that Yang Yi-Li was used to dry his hair by hair dryer when he was sitting in the bathtub from his childhood. Please call lawyer Mr. Gagnon at TEL. No. (514)485-3894 for verification.

	B.	Mr. Agnessi indicated on page 1 of 4 of his report dated July 30^th, 1997 (P.277-60) that Yang's uncle Danny Yu told him on June 10^th that Yang was extremely nearsighted, he couldn't see anything without his glasses.

	In fact, Danny Yu perjured to the police. Yang was not extremely nearsighted. Yang didn't know Danny Yu when he was alive and Danny Yu was not Yang's uncle, thus he shouldn't know Yang's living habit. Not to say that Yang really didn't have such a living habit to dry his hair by a hair dryer when he was in bathtub.
