Nearly three years after Yang's case, I found the truth! The murderer Danny Yu pretended to help us, so we got into the trap which was set due to the collaboration of Danny Yu, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, the Canadian police and the coroner. However, in fact, they were destroying the evidence (secret transportation of Yang's body and destroying the scene of the murder, etc.) and covering Yang's case. The Canadian police and the coroner matched Danny Yu so as to make us think Danny Yu was helping us and let him get our authorization on December 5^th, 1996 by fraud.

Yang's murder case is right the reprint of Yin Ching-Feng's murder case (Yang's uncle). These two cases include the special murder way by the secret agent and the evidence destroying (secret transportation of the body and destroying the scene of the murder, etc.) as well as the involvement and defense of government. In case Mr. and Ms. Chen are not belonged to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, they will be the best witnesses.

1.	On November 4^th and 28^th, 1996 Danny Yu accompanied us to visit the Canadian police and the coroner. He brought a recorder with him. He recorded the conversation of the Canadian police, the coroner and us to win our trust so as to get our authorization on December 5^th, 1996 by fraud. The tape was sufficient to prove the fact that both Montreal coroner and the Canadian police covered Yang's case from the very beginning but without letting us know, Danny Yu erased off all the content of the tape.

	A.	In item 4 of his letter to us dated January 16^th, 1997 (P.251), Danny Yu indicated some content of the tape. We translated it as follows:

		“On November 4^th and 28^th, both police and coroner said “the voltage wouldn't make people die, the reason of death was questionable, so dissected,” but they also said on 28^th that the bath water included soap foam which could increase resistance and make people die. they said for exact status, we had to wait for the official report. What they had said was inconsistent. But remember, what they said is not an important key point. The key point is why the coroner's inquest report couldn't be available in a couple of weeks (but 3-6 months)?”

		Note: Of course, the police will not admit they have said the above mentioned. The Canadian police Mr. Agnessi indicated in page 10 of 13 of his report dated June 5^th, 1997 (P.277-56) that the police Mr. Dermond advised me that on November 4^th, 1996 he didn't tell the family that the 110 voltage wouldn't make people die. In fact, Mr. Dermond mentioned this in front of Danny Yu, Ms. Chen and us. The tape and the above mentioned letter of Danny Yu are the best evidences.

		Note: In the fax P.251-1, Danny Yu advised us to wait for the coroner's inquest report with patience and take it easy.

	B.	In mid. of January 1997, I asked Danny Yu to provide us the tape, but he said the content had been erased off by himself. Please refer to P.251, item 2 for his reply as follows:

		“In Canada, it is illegal to record the conversation of the police and coroners. The tape can only be used for internal reference. I have erased off the content, nothing left. Sorry.”

		Note: Danny Yu had erased off the content of the tape, his excuse was that the tape could only be used for internal reference. Am I not “internal”to him? His excuse was funny! Now I know, I didn't mean “internal”to him, his “internal” meant Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, which is also the murderer and evidence destroyer as him.

2.	The murderer Danny Yu and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa collaborated with the Canadian police, the coroner, Valley View Funeral Home, Armstrong Funeral Home and Air Canada. They used the forged and questionable documents issued speedily by themselves in advance to transport Yang's body secretly for destroying the evidences on Yang's body. During the past three years, found the complete process is as follows:

	A.	After we just identified Yang's body on November 4^th, 1996 afternoon, it was immediately moved to the Armstrong Funeral Home by the coroners secretly and was cleaned and also performed antiseptic treatment, this had caused the evidence destroying of Yang's body. On November 6^th, 1996 when we found Yang's body was lost, the statements of Danny Yu and Mr. Louis Metivier (the coroner's assistant) were the same. They said Mr. Pierre of Armstrong Funeral Home made a call to the coroner department for moving Yang's body and they insisted it was legal. Please refer to Attachment 3.

	B.	Later, Danny Yu pretended to help us and contacted the lawyer for the inspection procedure of the second examination of Yang's body, what he did was to make us believe him and to win our trust so as to obtain our authorization on December 5^th, 1996 by fraud. In his fax to us dated November 17^th, 1996 (P.265), Danny Yu indicated the following:

		“For re-examination by the senior coroner, we must wait for the report of the first examination. After receipt of the report, we go to Chief of Coroner, Quebec for applying the re-examination. The time depends on when the report is finished and received by us.”

	C.	Nearly one year after Yang's case, in the Montreal meeting on September 15^th, 1997, we showed the evidence. On November 6^th, 1996 we protested against Mr. Louis Metivier (the coroner's assistant) when we found Yang's body was lost and asked Mr. Louis Metivier to write a certificate (P.227). We also took a picture of him working in front of the computer screen of the coroner department. Then Mr. Louis Metivier said this was caused by the call from Danny Yu on November 4^th, 1996 for transporting Yang's body and the yellow sheet overlooked by the coroner. Please refer to [Canada~Attachment 11-1].

	D.	Two years after Yang's case, my detective Mr. John Connolly (his report as per P.276) found out that on November 1^st, 1996 Danny Yu had already asked Valley View Funeral Home (Danny Yu's letter as per P.273) to handle Yang's body transportation A.S.A.P. (i.e. as soon as possible). It means Danny Yu made sure the dead man was Yang Yi-Li, thus he is the suspect. However, in the report of the Canadian police and the coroner, they didn't indicate Danny Yu's illegal act, thus they intentionally covered the suspect Danny Yu. Please refer to[Canada~ Attachment 14].

	E.	Nearly three years after Yang's case, according to the Canadian police Mr. Forget's phone call to Danny Yu (P.249) and the quotation from Armstrong Funeral Home for transportation of Yang's body (P.279-1, P.279-2) on October 31^st, 1996. Thus Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance, he is the murderer. At the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document (P.246-1), there was the fax. no. 613-231-8491 of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa. Thus Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa and Danny Yu are evidence destroyers and murderers. Please refer to [Canada~Attachment 15].

	F.	Nearly three years after Yang's case, the murderer Danny Yu and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa transported Yang's body secretly for destroying the evidences on Yang's body. For covering them, the Canadian police and the coroner didn't indicate Danny Yu's illegal act in their reports. Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 14] For matching them, the coroner speedily issued the questionable Yang's attestation of death (P.275) and authorization of disposition of Yang's body (P.243) in advance. Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 16]. For matching them, Valley View Funeral Home of Surrey, B.C. and Armstrong Funeral Home of Montreal boldly forged the Quebec government Declaration of Death (DEC-100) of Yang Yi-Li respectively (P.278-3 forged by Valley View, P.278-4 forged by Armstrong). Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 17].

3.	Danny Yu outwardly misled the Canadian police to judge Yang's case an accident and even perjured to the Canadian police, in fact, he collaborated with the Canadian police and the coroner, they cheated us in order to cover Yang's case. Danny Yu told us that Yang was murdered and Yang's case was relative to Yin's case, he told us that he would go to Montreal for catching the murderer.

	A.	Until the Montreal meeting on September 11^th, 1997 when was also nearly one year after Yang's case, from Mr. Agnessi's statements and the police's investigation report which Mr. Serge Termel, the chairman of the Montreal meeting, agreed to provide us (received on September 12^th, 1997), we finally knew Danny Yu perjured to Mr. Agnessi on June 10^th,1997 and misled Mr. Agnessi to judge Yang died accidentally.

		a.	On September 11^th, 1997 during the Montreal meeting, Mr. Agnessi pointed out Danny Yu had told him that Yang Yi-Li was used to dry his hair by a hair dryer when he was sitting in the bathtub from his childhood. For this, anybody could call the lowyer Mr. Gagnon at TEL No. (514)485-3894 for verification.

		b.	Mr. Agnessi indicated on page 1 of 4 of his report dated July 30^th, 1997 (P.277-60) that Yang's uncle Danny Yu told him on June 10^th that Yang was extremely nearsighted, thus he couldn't see anything without his glasses

		In fact, Danny Yu perjured to the police. Yang was not extremely nearsighted. Since Yang didn't know Danny Yu when he was alive and Danny Yu was not Yang's uncle thus Danny Yu shouldn't know Yang's living habit. Not to say that Yang really didn't have such a living habit to dry his hair by a hair dryer when he was in bathtub.

	B.	Danny Yu told us that Yang's murder case was relative to Yin's murder case, he would go to Montreal for catching the murderer.

		a.	In his fax to us dated January 16^th, 1997 (P.251), Danny Yu advised us to add three additional key points into our petition dated January 20^th, 1997, one of these three key points was “to explain the serious crime of Yang's case was caused by Yin's case. ”

		b.	In Danny Yu's fax to us dated January 31^st, 1997 (P.300-1), the following content was indicated:

			“My mail sent on January 12^th included statements, banking documents and 15 pieces of photos. It should have reached you on January 19^th. Taiwan post offices had problems since my mail included a letter in which I comment that KMT's investigation for Yin Ching-Feng's case was relative to Yi-Li's case. I couldn't sleep well since some of the matters you asked me to handle are not finalized. I hate I am not in Montreal. Sometimes I had a strong feeling and hoped to catch the man in Montreal so as to comfort the soul of Yi-Li in Heaven.”

			Note: We didn't receive the mail Danny Yu sent on January 12^th. For this, he said Taiwan post offices had problems, he meant Taiwan held his mail. “LOST IN THE MAIL” was always his excuse for covering his illegal act of detaining Yang's statements and almost all documents of Yang's case.

4.	When Yang's apartment was still controlled and blocked by the Canadian police, La Cite cleaned Yang's apartment and destroyed the evidence in the scene of the murder. I believe Danny Yu masterminded it since in his letter to the Canadian police Mr. Forget dated November 29^th, 1996(P.250), Danny Yu unintentionally revealed that he had already known the cleaning date November 15^th, 1996 as Mr. Forget indicated in his report. It also revealed that Danny Yu masterminded it.

	No matter who masterminded the cleaning of Yang's apartment, the Canadian government should raise the public prosecution to LA CITE and Mr. Forget. LA CITE entered Yang's apartment secretly without any notice to Yang's family for destroying the scene of the murder. Mr. Forget protected the scene of the murder outwardly but in fact destroyed it.

	The Canadian government should investigate who gave LA CITE the key of Yang's apartment since the person who gave the key should be the one who masterminded the case. LA CITE and Mr. Forget collaborated and covered the man who masterminded this case since they didn't notify us in advance that LA CITE would clean Yang's apartment, and after the apartment had been cleaned, they even didn't let us know who gave LA CITE the key of Yang's apartment.

	In case Danny Yu masterminded it, the following can prove Danny Yu collaborated with the Canadian police Mr. Forget and LA CITE and pre-planned to destroy the evidences in the scene of the murder intentionally since he cheated us and pre-arranged the process as follow:

	Firstly, Danny Yu told us that he would be in L.A., U.S.A from Nov. 8^th to 15^th, 1996, but in fact, he collaborated with the Canadian police and LA CITE to destroy the scene of the murder secretly. Secondly, he pretended to contact the detectives for us aggressively for asking them about the status and prepared to collect the evidences in Yang's apartment on November 29^th, 1996. On November 29^th, 1996, when my detective, Danny Yu and I entered Yang's apartment, we found the scene of the murder was destroyed. At this moment, Danny Yu pretended that he didn't know of it. He even took pictures of the scene for me to use as an evidence and on November 29^th, 1996 he wrote a letter to notify Mr. Forget that Mr. Gilles Boivin of La Cite advised that Yang's apartment had been cleaned by La Cite on November 20^th, 1996 (P.250).

	Since Danny Yu contacted the detectives, took pictures of the scene and wrote to Mr. Forget for us, we thought he was helping us and never doubted he had already destroyed the evidences in the scene of the murder secretly at that moment. What he did for Yang's apartment was just like his pre-arrangement to mastermind the secret transportation of Yang's body, which made Yang's body be cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment, and the clues on Yang's body were destroyed as we have mentioned in item 2. I would like to explain the status at that moment with evidences as follows:

	A.	The following documents can prove

		a.	Danny Yu advised us that he would be in L.A., U.S.A. from November 8^th to 15^th, 1996.

			P.249:	His letter to Mr. Forget dated November 14^th, 1997 mentioned it.

			P.253:	On Nov. 1^st, 1996 he pre-arranged his L. A. schedule without letting us know.

			P.252:	His flight schedule to L.A., U.S. A.

			Note:	He advised us of his trip to L.A., U.S.A. on the night of November 3^rd, 1996.

		b.	Danny Yu showed himself contacting the detectives for us aggressively for asking them about the status and preparing to collect the evidences in Yang's apartment on November 29^th, 1996.

			P.264:	S.P.i.L.L. detective's report can prove on November 29^th, 1996, Danny Yu, my detective and I entered Yang's apartment for searching clues.

			P.264-1:	A reply dated November 21^st, 1996 from Mr. Robert Beullac of Metropol Investigation Bureau to Danny Yu.

			P.264-3:	On November 21st, 1996 Danny Yu faxed to us and advised us that he had asked Mr. Tom Davis to go to Yang's apartment for collecting evidences.

	B.	Danny Yu's letter to Mr. Forget dated November 29^th, 1996 to notify him that Mr. Gilles Boivin of La Cite advised that Yang's apartment had been cleaned by La Cite on November 20^th, 1996 (P.250) and our detective's report (P.264) as well as the photos taken by Danny Yu (Attachment 7) can prove that LA CITE's secret cleaning Yang's bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator, etc. had caused the evidence destroying of Yang's apartment and at the moment Danny Yu pretended that he didn't know it.

		On November 29^th, 1996 at roughly 10:00AM, Danny Yu, the detective of S.P.i.L.L and I had a meeting with Mr. Jean-Francois Harvey. At roughly 11:00AM, Danny Yu, the detective of S.P.i.L.L. and I entered Yang's apartment for searching clues, however we found the bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator had been cleaned secretly, Yang's personal things and documents had been thrown away secretly, the gate of Yang's apartment had been impacted (P.264).

		At that moment, the janitor of LA CITE, Mr. Gilles Boivin at TEL: (514)844-9869 arrived at Yang's apartment. He advised Danny Yu, the detective of S.P.i.L.L and me that the police asked LA CITE to clean Yang's apartment; the bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator had been cleaned on November 20^th, 1996. He also said the gate was in good condition when they came to the apartment for cleaning. It was concluded that Yang's gate was impacted during November 20^th to 29^th, 1996. Most of the above mentioned was indicated in Danny Yu's letter to Mr. Forget (P.250).

	C.	On page 14 of Mr. Forget's report dated November 15^th, 1996 (P.277-36), he indicated that “at 13H30 Rene Gilles Boivin the supervisor technique (Janitor) of the LA CITE apartment. Destruction of the garbage in the kitchen and clear all the content in the fridge.”

		The case of Yang Yi-Li is very disputable. Mr. Forget didn't investigate this case aggressively and didn't do his best to find the clues. Yang's family had paid room rate for Yang's apartment. Both Yang Yi-Li and I rented this apartment (P.271). Mr. Forget didn't notify us in advance but allowed LA CITE to clean the kitchen and refrigerator. In fact, Yang's bathroom was also cleaned by LA CITE, which had caused the evidence destroying of the scene of Yang's murder case, but Mr. Forget pretended that he didn't know of it and he didn't indicate this in his report, either.

		When Yang's case was under Mr. Forget's investigation, the Canadian police changed the key of Yang's apartment. Yang's apartment was controlled and blockaded by Mr. Forget during November 1^st to 28^th, 1996 for total 28 days, it was indicated on page 2 of 3 of Mr. Agnessi's report dated June 5^th, 1997(P.277-48).

Note 1:		The Canadian government should investigate who gave LA CITE the key of Yang's apartment since the person who gave the key should be the one who masterminded this case.

		The Canadian police changed the key of Yang's apartment, they only made two keys, which was indicated in the Canadian police's report(P.277-8): they kept one and gave me the other one. For my key, the following people had ever taken care of it:

		November 4^th afternoon -5^th afternoon: Danny Yu

		November 5^th afternoon-November 6^th: Yang Yin Hsing-wen (myself)

		November 6^th night-November 27^th: Mr. Chen in Montreal
		(old TEL: 6365008)

		We asked Mr. Gilles Boivin of LA CITE who gave him the key, he said it was indicated in the police's report but in fact it was not indicated in the police's report. We asked the police, they didn't reply to us. We asked Mr. Chen, he said he didn't give Danny Yu the key.

Note 2:		I believe Danny Yu masterminded it. My reasons are as follows:

		a.	Danny Yu pre-arranged and masterminded the secret transportation of Yang's body so as to destroy the evidences on Yang's body.

		b.	In his letter to Mr. Forget dated November 29^th, 1996 (P.250), Danny Yu unintentionally revealed that he had already known the cleaning date November 15^th as indicated in Mr. Forget's report. I believe Danny Yu masterminded it.

			The cleaning date in B, C, D, E of the letter was November 20^th, Mr. Gilles Boivin of La Cite advised Danny Yu, my detective and me of this date on November 29^th, 1996. Only in A of the letter the cleaning date was November 15^th which is the same date as Mr. Forget indicated in his report. It shouldn't be a coincident. Danny Yu unintentionally revealed that he had already known the cleaning date November 15^th indicated in Mr. Forget's report, it also revealed Danny Yu was one of the joint offenders in this case. I believe he masterminded it. In case Mr. Chen provided the key of Yang's apartment, thus he was also involved in the evidence destroying of Yang's case.

			Through my lawyer Mr. Gravenor in Montreal, I got the Canadian police's report on September 12^th, 1997, which Mr. Serge Termel, the chairman of the Montreal meeting, agreed to provide me during the Montreal meeting on September 11^th, 1997.
