Then the truth will come out and the public will know who the corruptionists and murderers are. 		Yang's murder case happened because of Yin Ching-Feng 's murder case. The suspects Rebecca Hui-Ting Liao, Danny Tin-Sha Yu, Lee Ting-Chung, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, Kung Cheng-Ting, the Taiwanese Ambassador to France in 1990, and Thomson-CSF France were involved in the murder cases of Yin Ching-Feng and Yang Yi-Li.

		According to the Canadian coroner's official inquest and forensic reports as well as the photo taken by the Canadian police which showed Yang's head and neck twisted to his right side, Dr. Yang judged twice that Yang asphyxiated to die and he might be murdered. Dr. Yang judged it was artificial, and the hair dryer was for disguise or speeded the death of Yang. However, the Canadian coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud judged that Yang was electrocuted by power of 110V and died because of heart paralysis, he judged it was an accident.

		According to Rebecca Liao's one-sided saying, Yang Yi-Li invited her for the trip of Nigara Fall, but later Yang was missing. She was even positive something should have happened to Yang, but Rebecca Liao called me two days later.

		When the Canadian police Mr. Forget was still collecting the evidence in Yang's apartment, the suspect Rebecca Liao called Yang's telephone number and erased off all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine by remote control.

		Rebecca Liao's replies to the Canadian police, Taiwanese police and Taichung District Prosecutor Attorney are different, and even her telephone bill did not match to what she had testified.

		For covering Yang's case, Mr. Ku, in the Montreal meeting, perjured to the Canadian police Mr. Agnessi and didn't transfer him the official letter of the coroner Dr. Yang Jih-Song and the suspect Rebecca Liao's replies to Taiwanese police.

		Mr. Ku Hai-Shan of Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau, public prosecutor of Taichung District Prosecutor Attorney and judge of Taichung District Court did cover for the suspect Rebecca Liao.

		For covering the suspect Danny Yu, they, on the pretext of careful handling, gave the crucial evidences which could prove Danny Yu was suspicious to T.E.C.O., Ottawa instead ofR.C.M.P. and Montreal police. Their act really interfered in the Canadian judicial system. The result of the investigation of T.E.C.O., Ottawa is, of course, “Danny Yu is innocent.” Later, my detective's report and Valley View's lawyer provided the documents (signed by my lawyer and notarized by B.C. Provincial Court) revealed the truth that T.E.C.O., Ottawa and Danny Yu were evidence destroyers and murderers, and they did collude with the Canadian police and the coroner in advance for destroying the evidences and covering Yang's case.

		For covering the murder case of Yang Yi-Li, Shih protected Ku Hai-Shan openly and cheated Taiwan Control Yuan. Shih, radically, didn't mentioned the official letter file no. 40809 regarding Dr. Yang Jih-Song's first judgement, and for the second judgement of Dr. Yang Jih-Song, Shih even given an incorrect explanation.
