[ Canada ~ Attachment 16]: Chinese Version

On Nov. 2nd, 1996, the coroners speedily issued the questionable attestation of death (without stamp of the coroner) and the questionable authorization of disposition of corpse (without stamp of the coroner and destination was not indicated).   Thus, Yang's body was transferred from the coroner office to Armstrong Funeral Home secretly on Nov. 4th, 1996 and the coroners didn't indicate this matter in their report.   It was not negligence but the coroner meant to collaborate with T.E.C.O,, Ottawa and the suspect Danny Yu.

The coroner has the right to perform autopsy but has no right to handle the body.   According to Canada Law, without the family's signature a coroner can not transfer the body to Funeral Home, and without the family's signature the Funeral Home can not clean the body and perform antiseptic treatment.
1. Armstrong Funeral Home's report (P.228) clearly indicated Yang's body was transferred from the coroner office to Armstrong Funeral Home secretly on Nov. 4th, 1996. it made Yang's body be cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment.    On Nov. 2, 1996 the coroner speedily issued attestation of death (P.275) and authorization of disposition of corpse (P.243) for matching the murderer Danny Tin-Sha Yu's secret transportation of Yang's body on Nov. 4, 1996.
2. Armstrong Funeral Home's report (P.229) clearly indicated Yang's body was transferred from the coroner office to Armstrong Funeral Home on Nov. 29th, 1996.   On Nov. 28, 1996, the coroner office issued Attestation of death (P.275-1) and authorization of disposition of corpse (P.244-1) for transporting Yang's body to Armstrong Funeral Home.
3. Why the coroners speedily issued the questionable Yang's attestation of death (P.275) and the questionable authorization of disposition of corpse (P.243) on Nov. 2nd, 1996.    Who applied for these documents with the coroner office in advance ?  The coroner indicated the reason of death ¡§A venir¡¨on the attestation of death.
On Nov. 2nd, 1996, at roughly 09:15AM, the coroner dissected Yang's body without any notice to us and we didn't authorize anybody to identify the body.   Who went to identify Yang's body before it was dissected ? The coroner covered up the name of the person who had identified the body and made sure it was Yi-Li Yang ?   Please refer to P.257-6 the coroner's inquest report.   On November 2nd, 1996, the coroner office speedily issued P.275 attestation of death indicating Yang died ¡§A venir¡¨ and P.243.   It was only the next day when Yang's body was found, also the same day when Yang's body was dissected and before we identified the body on Nov. 4th, 1996 and also before the coroner's inquest report and forensic report dated April 18th, 1997.   Who applied for these documents with the coroner office in advance ?
4. It is unreasonable that Yang's attestation of death and authorization of disposition of corpse were issued twice with different contents as per P.275 and P.275-1, P.243 and P.244-1.   The different items includes name, date of birth, location of death, stamp of the coroner, destination of the body.   I would like to list as follows:
