Yang's murder case happened because of Yin Ching-Feng's (尹清楓) murder case:   Kung Cheng-Ting (龔政定) was the Taiwan Ambassador to France from 1980 to end of 1990 and the key man for KMT to get the illegal commission from military purchases including US$1 billion of Navy Lafayette Frigates, US$1.1 billion of Air force Mirage 2000, US$1.5 billion of MICA MISSILE, others of Navy MINE-HUNTER and so on.   In order to cover the corruption involved in Lafayette Frigates purchase, Kung Cheng-Ting and Liu Ho-Ching (劉和謙), Chief of General Staff, and other high-ranking governmental officers murdered my elder brother Yin Ching-Feng, a decent and responsible navy captain in Taiwan.   For warning and stopping the further investigation of Yin's family, Kung's men, Danny Tin-Sha Yu (禹定廈) and others murdered my son Yang Yi-Li, an innocent and excellent student of McGill University, Canada.

Yang's case was a case of national violence:   The murderers Danny Tin-Sha Yu and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa, colluded with the Canadian police and the coroner to cover Yang's case and destroy the evidences (they transferred Yang's body secretly when the body was under the control of the coroner, they destroyed the scene of murder when the scene was still under controlled and blockaded by the Canadian police and so on.).

The police and coroner of Quebec French Area, Canada, who are not afraid of public bad comments and complaints:   The coroner's inquest reports has indicated that the date of Yang's death is Oct. 28^th, 1996, but the Canadian police didn't investigate Yang's final whereabouts during October 23^rd to 28^th, 1996.   In the Montreal meeting, I requested the Canadian police to find out Yang's final whereabouts, the coroners suddenly changed their statement by saying that the exact date of Yang's death couldn't be judged correctly, thus the Canadian police said it was not necessary to trace Yang's final whereabouts.   This proves that the Canadian police are very barbarous and neglect to the law.   It is really a shame to Canada, a country which is always proud of its Forensic Medicine.

For revealing the truth to the public, I established this web site to announce the exact details of the murder cases of my elder brother and my son who were murdered due to the national violence.   This web site is also to remind our President Chen that it will be a shame of Taiwan in case these two cases can not be broken.
