To match Danny Yu's secret transportation of Yang's body, Valley View Funeral Home of Surrey, B.C. and Armstrong Funeral Home of Montreal boldly forged the Quebec government Declaration of Death (DEC-100) of Yang Yi-Li respectively.

The Quebec Provincial Ministre de la Justice should raise the public prosecution to Danny Yu, Valley View Funeral Home, Armstrong Funeral Home, the coroner and relative personnel of the governmental department for forgery of documents, secret transportation of Yang's body, destroying the evidences on Yang's body.
1. Yang Yi-Li's Declaration of Death (DEC-100) no. 54101 (as per P.278-4) submitted to Quebec government by Armstrong Funeral Home was a forged one, since Armstrong Funeral Home revised the content of Yang's Declaration of Death P.278-3 filled by Valley View Funeral Home to that of P.278-4, especially the column no. 39 Signature of declarant was left blank.
On Nov. 4th, 1996 at 14:56 Armstrong Funeral Home faxed P.278-2 and at 14:57 faxed P.278-3 to Valley View Funeral Home.   On P.278-2, Armstrong explained some columns of P.278-3 Declaration of Death.   Mr. Boulton of Valley View Funeral Home advised that on Nov. 1st, 1996 their fax machine wasn't set the correct time (i.e. 08/02/1996 00:50) and the manager of Armstrong Funeral Home also stated their fax machine had special function.   Then, on Nov. 04 ' 96 (MON) 16:18 Armstrong received P.278-3 was faxed by Valley View Funeral Home.
2. Valley View Funeral Home forged Yang's Declaration of Death (P.278-3) since firstly Danny Yu and Valley View Funeral Home didn't let us know, and secondly the column no. 39 Signature of declarant included two people: one was a staff of Valley View's, the other was Danny Yu who didn't have our authorization.  However, Danny Yu's signature was put later,  the evidences as follow:
A. On Nov. 4th, 1996 from 14:56 to 16:18, Danny Yu accompanied us to Montreal City Morgue for recognizing the body and visiting the coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud.   Please refer to P.280-1 the bill paid by us for Danny Yu's stay in Traveledge Hotel, Montreal from Nov. 3rd ~ 5th, 1996.
B. Valley View Funeral Home gave the original P.278-3 to my lawyer Ms. Teng.   After the copy of the original P.278-3 was notarized, Ms. Teng gave P.278-3 to me, she indicated with her signature that Danny Yu's signature in column no. 39  of the original P.278-3 was in blue ink.
3. The DEC-100 of Quebec government includes three sheets: the first sheet is REGISTRAR CIVIL STATUS, the second sheet is DECLARANT, the content of 1st and 2nd sheet is the same.   However column no. 39 Signature of declarante of DEC-100 no. 54101 (as per P.278-4) was left blank.   It is incredible that the relative personnel of Quebec government didn't find this.
Armstrong Funeral Home had submitted Yang's Declaration of Death to Quebec government before Nov. 6th, 1996.   The evidences: They had arranged to transport Yang's body secretly from Montreal to Surrey, B.C. on Nov. 6th,1996 at 04:55PM via Air Canada 139, air waybill no: 01406492312.   This was indicated in the corpse delivery sheet (P.246) and the fax(P.278-5) from Armstrong Funeral Home to Valley View Funeral Home dated Nov. 5th, 1996 as well as the letter from Mr. Pierre Roy of Armstrong Funeral Home to my detective Mr. John Connolly dated Jan. 11th, 1999 (P.274).   In fact, their secret transportation was found by us on Nov. 6th, 1996 and didn't succeed.   The truth was not what Mr. Pierre Roy of Armstrong had described.   For details, please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 11-1].
