Nearly three years after Yang's case, the relative evidences proved that Danny Yu was the murderer. Based on the documents of Yang Yi-Li's case which my lawyer got from the funeral home (signed by my lawyer and notarized by B.C. Provincial Court), I found that on October 31st, 1996 Mr. Forget made a phone call to Danny Yu (Danny Yu's letter as per P.249) and Armstrong Funeral Home quoted for transportation of Yang's body (P.279-1, P.279-2). These proved that on October 31st, 1996 Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance, thus he was the murderer. The fax. no. 613-231-8491 of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa shown at the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document (P.246-1) provided by Valley View Funeral Home proved that Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa and Danny Yu are evidence destroyers and murderers. The following can prove this. |
|||||
[Note]: | Yang Yi-Li possessed Taiwan passport only. According to the international usual practice, the Canadian police and the coroner should notify Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa of Yang's death. They also should check Danny Yu's identity when he came to handle Yang's body.
When the Canadian police found Yang Yi-Li was dead in his bathtub at noon of November 1st, 1996, they at the same time also found Yang's Taiwan R.O.C. passport. However, Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs replied to me that the Canadian police and the coroner didn't notify Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa of Yang's death. The report of the Canadian police and the coroner didn't indicate Danny Yu had handled all the relative procedures of Yang's body transportation. Nearly three years after Yang's case, based on my detective's report and the documents of Yang's case which my lawyer got from the funeral home (signed by my lawyer and notarized by B.C. Provincial Court). Those documents reveal the truth that Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa and Danny Yu are evidence destroyers and murderers, and they did collude with the Canadian police and coroner in advance.
1. | The Canadian police's report and our telephone list can prove that on October 31st, 1996 at 10:06PM, we only asked Ms. Chen to search Yang. We didn't notify anybody else. On November 1st, 1996 at 01:03PM, we called Danny Yu for notifying him of Yang's case. Thus Danny Yu knew Yang was dead before 01:03PM of November 1st, 1996, he should be the murderer.
A. | The time when we learned of Yang's missing from the suspect Rebecca Liao:
On October 30th, 1996 at 10:31PM, the suspect Rebecca Liao called me, she only stated that during the past several days she called Yang but Yang didn't answer the calls. After my insistent questioning, Rebecca Liao finally told me that... Please refer to Attachment 10 for details.
B. | We only called Ms. Chen in Montreal at TEL: (514)636-5008 asking her to search Yang.
On October 31st, 1996 at 06:54PM (Taiwan local time: November 1st, 07:54AM), I called Ms. Chen. Her grandmother told me that she was not in and asked me to call back later. Please refer to P.12 ur telephone list of TEL. No. (07)271-8752 of November 1996, call no. 13.
On October 31st, 1996 at 10:06PM (Taiwan local time: November 1st, 11:06AM, reference: P.12, call no. 18), I called Ms. Chen who agreed to visit Yang's school and apartment on the next day morning.
C. | The report of Canadian police Mr. Garneau 2939 dated November 1st, 1996 indicated the following:
On November 1st, 1996 at 11:22 Ms. Chen and her boyfriend, with our authorization letter and Yang's rental agreement which we faxed to her, entered Yang's apartment with a female worker of LA CITE for searching Yang (P.277-4 the Canadian police's report). On November 1st, 1996 at 14:45 Yang's body was still in his bathtub (P.277-7 the Canadian police's report).
D. | The time when we heard of Yang's death:
On November 1st, 1996 at 11:40AM (Taiwan local time: November 2nd, 00:40AM, reference: P.11 our telephone list of TEL. No. (07)282-2221 of November 1996, call no. 9) Yang's father called to Yang's apartment, the Canadian first-aid person answered the call and advised him ˇ§bad news, he is dead.ˇ¨ and asked Yang's father to call back 30 minutes later. It was also indicated in the Canadian police's report (P.277-4).
On November 1st, 1996 at 12:31 noon (Taiwan local time: November 2nd, 01:31AM, reference: P.12, call no. 1) Ms. Chen made a collect call to us advising us that one man died in Yang's apartment. It was also indicated in the Canadian police's report (P.277-8).
Note: On November 1st, 1996 Ms. Chen didn't see Yang's body. The Canadian police told Ms. Chen that one man died in Yang's apartment and asked her to notify Yang's family to come to Montreal to identify if the dead man was Yang Yi-Li or not. Thus we in Taiwan only knew one man died in Yang's apartment. Since we failed to find Yang for two days, we thought the dead man might be Yang Yi-Li. That is why we used wording ˇ§ the news of Yang's death ˇ¨ or ˇ§ to notify someone of Yang's case ˇ¨ in our petitions or documents to concise the exact condition. |
|||||
E. | The time when we notified the murderer Danny Yu of Yang's case:
On November 1st, 1996 at 01:03PM (Taiwan local time: November 2nd, 02:03AM, reference: P.11, call no. 20), I called Danny Yu for advising him that one man died in Yang's apartment, and we would go to Montreal immediately to identify if the dead man was Yang Yi-Li or not.
2. | On October 31st, 1996 Mr.
A. | On October 31st, 1996, Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal had already quoted for transportation of Yang's body (P.279-1 & P.279-2) in advance.
Through the contact of my lawyer Mr. Gravenor in Montreal (P.279), I visited the manager of Armstrong Funeral Home on July 19th, 1999 and got the quotations P.279-1 and P.279-2. It was indicated on P.279-1 and P.279-2 that on October 31st, 1996 they quoted for transporting Yang's body to Danny Yu or Valley View Funeral Home.
B. | Mr. Forget, the Montreal police, had also already called Danny Yu on Oct. 31st, 1996 (P.249) in advance.
P.249 is a letter from Danny Yu to Mr. Forget dated Nov. 14th, 1996, in which Danny Yu mentioned that Mr. Forget had called him on October 31st, 1996. On October 31st, 1996, at 10:06PM we only asked Ms. Chen to search Yang Yi-Li, we didn't notify anybody else. It is questionable why on October 31st, 1996, Mr. Forget, in advance, called Danny Yu who had no relation with us. It tells us that the person who told Mr. Forget in advance about Yang's missing and Danny Yu's telephone number should be one of the murderers. Is it possible that the person is Danny Yu ?
3. | Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance. He, without letting us know and without our authorization, dare to handle Yang's body transportation by himself. At the bottom and on the back of P.246-1 the original corpse delivery document provided by Valley View Funeral Home, I found fax no. 613-231-8491 of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa. It proves that Taipei Economic and Cultural office, Ottawa helped Danny Yu to cover Yang's murder case.
A. | At the end of May 1999, Valley View Funeral Home gave my lawyer in Vancouver Ms. Teng the documents of Yang's funeral, At the end of October 1999, Ms. Teng copies these documents and gave the documents to me after they were notarized at the court (P.278). However, at the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document (P.246-1) I found fax no. 613-231-8491 of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa.
Armstrong, Montreal received P.246 the corpse delivery document via fax on Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41. But the P.246 received by Armstrong was incomplete, since the margins of the original P.246 was cut by Valley View Funeral Home before faxing.
B. | Danny Yu didn't let us know he had already arranged, in advance, his schedule to Montreal through Ottawa on November 3rd and 5th, 1996. I believe the purpose Danny Yu flied to Ottawa was to make a secret visit to someone in Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa for Yang's case and for secret transportation of Yang's body. He also had already arranged, in advance, his trip to L.A., U.S.A. from Nov. 8th-15th, 1996. I believe he collaborated with the Canadian police and LA CITE and masterminded the evidence destroying of the scene of the murder in Montreal during the period of Nov. 8th-15th, 1996. For details, please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 18], item 4.
On November 1st, 1996, at noon, we in Taiwan called our friends and relatives nearby Vancouver to notify them of Yang's case. Danny Yu at (604)5722918 was the last person we notified. I called Danny Yu twice: one at 01:03PM, the other at 04:13PM. Please refer to Attachment 21 . November 2nd, Danny Yu met us at Vancouver Airport and advised us that he could accompany us to Montreal and to be our translator. We agreed his suggestion at the airport (our reference: Mr. Feng at airport).
We flied from Vancouver to Montreal directly (needed 4 hours and 40 minutes) and arrived in Montreal on November 2nd, 1996 at 8.00PM. On November 3rd, 1996, Danny Yu flied from Vancouver to Ottawa (needed 4.5 hours + transfer time if any), then took a bus to Montreal (needed 2.5 hours). On November 5th, he returned to Vancouver in the same way. Please refer to P.253 for Danny Yu's schedule. Mr. Chen and his son were also aware of Danny Yu's route.
Note: We believe the purpose Danny Yu went to Ottawa was to make a secret visit to someone in Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa for Yang's case and for secret transportation of Yang's body. On the night of November 3rd, 1996, Danny Yu told us the flight ticket for Ottawa was much cheaper than that for Montreal but we don't believe it now. In fact, the cost discrepancy is very little, because he should pay approximately $100.- for the taxi fare between Ottawa Airport and bus station as well as the bus fare between Ottawa and Montreal, it took 6 hours more. It was unreasonable for him to do so. Please refer to P.253 for Danny Yu's schedule which I found in Yang's warehouse in Surrey, B.C. in mid. of June 1998. The upper page was Danny Yu's schedule to Montreal through Ottawa on Nov. 3rd and 5th, 1996, which indicated $ 497.60 for the flight ticket between Vancouver and Ottawa and $ 99.20 for the bus fare between Ottawa and Montreal. The lower page was Danny Yu's schedule to L.A., U.S.A. from Nov. 8th-15th, 1996. It should be noted that Danny Yu's schedule was pre-arranged since the travel company didn't work on Nov. 2nd, Saturday. |
|||||
4. | Two years after Yang's case, my detective and I finally found that on or before November 1st, 1996, the murderer Danny Yu pre-arranged to transfer Yang's body from ˇ§Armstrong Funeral Homeˇ¨ in Montreal to Surrey B.C. on November 6th, 1996 as we have mentioned in above items 2 & 3. [Canada Attachment 14] is also available for reference. However, on November 1st, 1996 at noon when the Canadian police found Yang's body in his bathtub, his telephone directory was already opened on page 841 which was cemetery ads of ˇ§Armstrong Funeral Home.ˇ¨ These evidences also reveal that Danny Yu is one of the murderers.
Note: On November 1st, 1996 at noon when the Canadian police found Yang's body in his bathtub, his telephone directory was already opened on page 841 which was cemetery ads of ˇ§Armstrong Funeral Homeˇ¨in both English and French versions and a gray clothes with cap covered that page. The Canadian police have taken the picture which was also indicated on page 2 of 3 of Mr. P. Chartier's (1373) investigation report (P277-10) dated November 1st, 1996. Mr. P. Chartier explained it was the only thing to prove Yang committed suicide. But later, Mr. Forget and Mr. Agnessi changed Mr. P. Chartier's explanation, Mr. Forget said Yang didn't read French, he opened this page unintentionally (P.277-34 Mr. Forget's report), Mr. Agnessi said he couldn't make sure anything at that moment unless considered it was done by chance (P.277-58 Mr. Agnessi's report). However, I believe the scene of the murder was pre-arranged by the murderer for leading the police to judge that Yang was not murdered but committed suicide. These police's explanations were not in accordance with the truth. Yang didn't open this page, it was done by the murderer. This page included English and French versions. Yang could read English, not to mention a gray clothes with cap covered on this page. |
|||||
5. | The coroner dissected Yang's body without any notice to us and we didn't authorize anybody to identify the body. Who went to identify the body before it was dissected ? The coroner intentionally covered up the name of the person who had identified the body.
The Canadian coroner's forensic report (P.257-6) indicated these words clearly ˇ§On November 2nd, 1996 at roughly 09:15AM, I performed an autopsy on the body of a man aged 20, previously identified as Yi-Li Yang.ˇ¨
6. | During October 21st to 28th, 1996 when Yang was missing and died, Danny Yu pre-arranged someone to Montreal. Please refer to P.247.
Danny Yu shouldn't retain our health insurance data and even illegally used it without letting us know and without our authorization. It is clear that Yang's data for P.246, P.273 and P.278-3 was taken from P.247. This reveals that Danny Yu's motive was suspicious. The most strange is that I found P.247 in Yang's warehouse in Surrey, B.C. in mid. of September 1997 with Danny Yu's handwriting as follows:
The person who arrived in Canada on 13th October, 1996, went to Montreal on 16th October, 1996 and came back to Taiwan on 26th October, 1996 should be Danny Yu's friend ! Yang's whereabouts from Oct. 21-28, 1996 is still unknown. Is this person related to Yang's death ?
