	At the end of April 1997, Detective Sergeant Agnessi took over this case and re-investigated this case, but according to the official report, it was apparently that he was so bold to forge and cover the suspects Rebecca Liao and others, and hinted this case was a suicide case.
	1.	Mr. Agnessi used perjurers' testimonies and his own forgery to lint this case was a suicide case.
		A.	Mr. Agnessi used perjurers' testimony to slander me by indicating that my over supervision caused Yang's death. Please refer to Document V item I and III or my detective's report P.213, item A & J. We brief Document V, item I as follows:
			Lily Liao and Debra Liao, Yang's classmates in McGill, perjured.
			Lily Liao's testimony in Mr. Forget's investigation report dated November 8th, 1996, page 6 of 13 (P.277-28): Yang's aim was to be a doctor. He was a very independent single man. Yang made a call to school for canceling the Organic Chemistry in their apartment on October 20th ,1996.
			Lily Liao's testimony in Mr. Agnessi's investigation report dated June 5th, 1997, page 8 of 13(P.277-54): Yang's parents pushed him to be a doctor.
		B.	Both Mr. Agnessi and my detective visited security manager of McGill University but their reports are totally different. In fact, Mr. Forget's report, coroner's inquest report and Yang's scholastic record prove that Mr. Agnessi's report is a forgery.
			Mr. Agnessi told our detective that Yang had study difficulties (This was indicated in our detectiive's report P.213-item B). Mr. Agnessi forged this to match his report dated July 30th, 1997, Page 1 of 4 (P.277-60) in which he indicated that McGill security manager told him that McGill canceled three of Yang's courses on October 26th , 1996 (before Yang died), Yang had canceled one of his courses on October 20th, 1996 utilizing his P.I.N.
			Our detective indicated in his report (P.214-item 1, 2, 3) that McGill security manager told him that Yang was an outstanding student, after Yang died, McGill canceled three of his courses on November 15 , 1996 and Yang had canceled one of his courses on October 26th, utilizing his P.I.N.
			Mr. Agnessi's report is a forgery. Mr. Forget indicated in his report dated November 8th, 1996, page 5 of 13 (P.277-27) that Yang's Biological teacher Dr. Penfield told him that she sent a fax to Yang on October 28th to notify him of a make-up test. The coroner's inquest report (P.257) also indicated that on October 28th, 1996 Yang's fax machine received a fax from McGill for notifying Yang for a test. Especially, from Yang's scholastic record for spring season of 1996 in McGill, we found his GPA was 3.77(P.7).
		C.	Mr. Agnessi indicated that Danny Yu, authorized by us, told him that Yang had this bathing habit from his childhood. In fact, Danny Yu perjured since Yang didn't know Danny Yu when he was alive. Danny Yu even may be one of the murderers.
		D.	Mr. Agnessi indicated that the Taiwanese police inspector (FYI: Mr. Ku Hai-Shan of Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau) told CUM police (FYI: Montreal police) that I told a lie since the Taiwanese coroner had no comments about Yang's case.  Please refer to my detective's report P.213-item F, G, H, & I.  In fact, Document I or [ Taiwan ~ Attachment 2] can prove the Taiwanese police inspector Mr. Ku Hai-Shan was a perjurer.
	2.	Regarding our key questions as follows, Mr. Agnessi ignored or twisted the truths and even made forgery by himself.  He meant to cover the truth that Yang was murdered.
		A.	Photo no. 25 can prove Yang Yi-Li was murdered.  Please refer to Dr. Yang Jih-Song's Document I and Document XIII, or [Taiwan ~ Attachment 2].  The date of Yang's death is close to November 1st, 1996.  Please refer to [ Canada ~ Attachment 13-3].
		B.	Yang might be put into the trunk after he died and be carried back to his apartment.  However the trunk has been lost, Mr. Forget, Mr. Agnessi as well as the suspect Danny Yu should clarify each other and hand out the trunk.  Please refer to Document V for item X.
		C.	When Yang died, the murderer left CDC606 computer keys and KLASSEN engine key of Thomson-CSF France and ILCO keys on Yang's desk.   We provided a photo and type numbers for Mr. Agnessi, but he didn't investigate them.
		D.	On November 1st, 1996 noon when the Canadian police found Yang's body in the bathtub, his telephone directory was already opened on page 841 which was cemetery ads of “Armstrong Funeral Home” in both English and French versions and a gray clothes with cap covered that page. The Canadian police have taken the picture which was also included on page 2 of 3 of Mr. P. Chartier's (1373) investigation report (P277-10) dated November 1st, 1996.  I think the scene of the murder was arranged by the murderer.
			Two years after Yang's case, we finally found that on or before November 1st, 1996, the suspect Danny Yu arranged to transfer Yang's body from “Armstrong Funeral Home” in Montreal to Surrey B. C. on November 6th, 1996. Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 15] and [Canada ~ Attachment 14], These evidences reveal Danny Yu might be one of the murderers.
		E.	Why did Rebecca Liao have our telephone number in Kaohsiung, Taiwan?
		F.	Mr. Agnessi didn't investigate Yang's whereabouts during October 23rd to 28th, 1996.
			a.	Since the coroners lied to us in Montreal meeting held on September 11th, 1997 by saying that the exact date of Yang's death couldn't be judged correctly (Please refer to P.256 Mr. Ku's report on Montreal meeting), Mr. Agnessi took this as an excuse for not investigating Yang's whereabouts during October 23rd to 28th, 1996.  In fact, the coroner's inquest report (P.257) has indicated that the date of Yang's death is October 28th, 1996.  Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 11-3].
			b.	McGill advised that Yang canceled one of his courses by telephone on October 26th, 1996, utilizing his Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.).  Please refer to my detective's report P.214-item 2.  The date“October 26th” has relation with Yang's final whereabouts but Mr. Agnessi (P.277-60) and Mr. Forget (P.277-28) indicated in their reports that the date was “October 20th” instead.
			c.	I doubt on October 28th, 1996, at 10:31PM Yang made a phone call in Rebecca Liao's residence to a lady in Silverspring, Maryland.  This is according to Rebecca Liao's statement and her telephone list, especially the statement of the lady and Yang's telephone list.  Please refer to [Taiwan ~ Attachment 3, item 4-A] or Document VI.
				Mr. Agnessi indicated on page 8 of 13 of his report dated June 5th, 1997 (P.277-54) that he had called a lady in Silverspring, Maryland on May 6th, 1997.  The lady told Mr. Agnessi that Yang called her two or three times for chatting with her, asking how she was in the U.S.A...
				aa.	But from the telephone lists of Yang Yi-Li in 1996, we couldn't find any record showing that Yang had ever made any call to Silverspring, Maryland.
				bb.	After checking Rebecca Liao's telephone list ,we found only two calls were made to Silverspring, Maryland during September 17th to November 28th, 1996. Please note these two calls were made in the vital period! The first call was made on October 28th, 1996, 10:31PM, duration 32 minutes, the second call was made on November 3rd, 1996, 03:42PM, duration 12 minutes.
					We once again prove that Mr. Agnessi's investigation on Yang's case was very perfunctory and he covered Yang's case.  At the end of June, 1998, I told Mr. Agnessi this clue, Mr. Agnessi was very surprised but he said Yang was dead already not necessary to investigate further.
		G.	The speed dial and telephone directory in Yang's fax machine was cleared by the murderer in Yang's apartment (Document V, item XV).
		H.	Mr. Agnessi ignored the fact that Rebecca Liao's reply regarding Yang's case didn't match her telephone list of 416-413-9820.  Please refer to [Taiwan~Attachment 3].  Especially, at the end of October when Yang died, Rebecca Liao and her boyfriend (Chen Yu-Yen?) shared the apartment or lived together at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62 and they had two addresses and three telephone numbers; 416-730-1563 at No. 1 Fulbert Crescent Basement Apartment Scarborough, 416-321-9418 and 416-413-9820 at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62.  Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 13-1, item 4].
		I.	Mr. Agnessi openly covered the suspect Rebecca Liao.
			a.	For covering the Rebecca Liao's whereabouts during October 26th-28th, 1996, Mr. Agnessi didn't verify if Rebecca Liao's statements were true.  Rebecca Liao told Mr. Agnessi that she regularly went to the youth club of the church on Sundays (October 27th, 1996 is Sunday).  In fact, we visited the church in Toronto in mid. of July 1999 to learn that the youth club of the church was not on Sundays (P.282).  Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 13-1, item 3].
			b.	For covering Rebecca Liao's clearing the voice messages in Yang's answering machine, Mr. Agnessi forged that the voice messages in Yang Yi-Li's KX-F750C fax machine couldn't be cleared by remote control.  Please refer to P.261 Mr. Ku's report on Montreal meeting.  In fact, P.58 of the operation manual has indicated this function and the manufacturer also confirmed this with us, too (P.258).  Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 13-1, item 1].
			c.	For covering Rebecca Liao's real boyfriend who is one of the suspects, Mr. Agnessi erased the name of Rebecca Liao's boyfriend in his report first.  In fact, Rebecca Liao's statements regarding her boyfriend in front of Canadian police (the name was erased) and Taiwanese police (Chen Yu-Yen worked in Singapore in May , 1997) were totally different.  It proves that she lied to the police and she covered her boyfriend.  But Mr. Agnessi advised us that he would not care Rebecca Liao's replies to Taiwanese police. According to Mr. Agnessi's statements Rebecca Liao's boyfriend is Mike Chen (Mike Chen was in Vancouver in May 1997) in Montreal meeting, we doubt Mike Chen is Chen Hua-Wei (Chen Hua-Wei was also in Vancouver in May 1997, he is also known as Mike Chen, but his girlfriend is Diana who is Yang's god sister).  However, in the Montreal meeting, Mr. Agnessi's rejected to clarify if Mike Chen was Chen Hua-Wei or Chen Yu-Yen and didn't reply to my lawyer for clarification. Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 13-1, item 2].
	3.	After the Montreal meeting, my lawyer contacted Mr. Agnessi for Yang's case, but he rejected to clarify the questionable points and extend further investigation with various excuse.
		A.	Mr. Agnessi received Document III regarding Rebecca Liao's replied to Taiwanese police in early December 1997 but he didn't investigate her.
		B.	Mr. Agnessi received our Document IV in which we listed the completely different replies which Rebecca Liao made to the Canadian police and Taiwanese police respectively at the end of December 1997, but he forged and insisted that Yang committed suicide and rejected to extend a further investigation on Rebecca Liao and Yang Yi-Li's case.  Please refer to my lawyer's letter P.223.
		C.	In March 1998 Mr. Agnessi, with the excuse of protecting witness, rejected to clarify any key questions from us regarding the name of Rebecca Liao's boyfriend and Rebecca Liao's residence when Yang died, etc. (Please refer to my lawyer's letters P.224 and P.225, P.225-1) since his clarification would prove that his investigation report was forged.
