For covering the suspects and Mr. Agnessi's not investigating Yang's whereabouts during October 23rd to 28 th, 1996, the coroners in Montreal meeting said that the exact date of Yang's death couldn't be judged correctly. So they said it was not necessary to trace Yang's final whereabouts. Based on Mr. Ku's report, Taiwan Judges judged the suspect Rebecca Liao innocent. |

1. | In the coroner's report (P.257), it is clearly indicated that ˇ§The condition of the body is consistent with the probable date of death October 28th, 1996ˇ¨ and Yang's fax machine also received a fax from McGill notifying Yang for a test.
2. | The Montreal police Mr. Forget and Mr. Agnessi didn't investigate Yi-Li Yang's final whereabouts from October 23rd to 28th, 1996, They contradicted the police's rules for handling a death case.
3. | However, during the Montreal meeting on September 11th, 1997 the Canadian police replied to us that McGill's fax for Yang wasn't removed from Yang's machine. We argued that the coroner shouldn't take McGill's fax as a base to support the accuracy of his judgment for the date of Yang's death. We pointed out that he should consider the result of the investigation about Yang's whereabouts during October 23rd to 28th, 1996 since McGill's fax was not removed from Yang's fax machine and the fax machine could receive any messages whenever it was at its ˇ§ONˇ¨ status. At that moment, the coroners suddenly changed their statement by saying that Yang might die on any date later than October 22nd, and they couldn't judge the date of Yang's death correctly. Please refer to P.256 Mr. Ku's report on Montreal meeting. So they said it was not necessary to trace Yang's final whereabouts.
4. | Later, Mr. Ku's, the director of International Affairs Division of Taiwan CIB, Montreal meeting report (P.256) indicated Yang's death date was revised to several days around October 28th, 1996. Based on Mr. Ku's report, Taiwan Judges judged the suspect Rebecca Liao innocent (P.284-4 TCD's criminal judgment).
5. | Mr. Agnessi intentionally covered up Yangˇ¦s whereabouts on October 26th, Yang had canceled one of his courses on October 26th, utilizing his P.I.N. (P.214 the detective report), which was forged on October 20th by Mr. Agnessi. He meant not to investigate if Yang called from Rebecca Liao's telephone on October 26th.
6. | According to Rebecca Liao's one-sided statement, Yang Yi-Li invited her alone for the Niagara Falls trip during October 26th-28th 1996, later Yang was missing for 6 days, the date of Yang's death October 28th, 1996 was just the last day of the trip to Niagara Falls.
