¡@ 1. Yang Yi-Li murder case is disputable from the very beginning.   In the Montreal meeting dated September 15th, 1997, we finally knew the coroner had thrown away Yang's body samples so quickly in June 1997.   We protested this in the Montreal meeting, since firstly in July 1997 Yang's case was still under investigation by Mr. Agnessi (P.277-62).   Secondly, from April 1997 we submitted several petitions to Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs to request to re-perform the poisoning experiment by the Canadian coroner (P.255), but the coroner disregarded them.   It is incredible that we received the poisoning experiment report till end of October 1998 nearly two years after Yang's death (P.267). ¡@

In October 1998, an official letter issued by our Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Taiwan Control Yuan stated: Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa had contacted Canadian police who advised Yang's body samples had been used up for various poisoning experiment; thus they were unable to re-perform the relative poisoning experiment.  Please refer to P.268. ¡@
