¡@ [Canada ~ Attachment 14] Chinese Version ¡@
¡@ Two years after Yang's case, the relative evidences proved that Danny Tin-Sha Yu was the suspect.  My detective Mr. John Connolly (his report as per P.276) found out that on Nov. 1st, 1996 Danny Yu had already asked Valley View Funeral Home (Danny Yu's letter as per P.273) to handle Yang's body transportation A.S.A.P. (i.e. as soon as possible).    It proved that on Nov. 1st, 1996 Danny Yu made sure the dead man was Yang Yi-Li, thus he was the suspect.   However, in the report of the Canadian police and the coroner, they didn't indicate Danny Yu's illegal act, It proved that they intentionally covered the suspect Danny Yu and cheated Yang's family maliciously.   The following can support my statement. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ [Note 1]: The Canadian police and the coroner intentionally covered the suspect Danny Yu's secret transportation of Yang's body and cheated Yang's family maliciously: ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ In the report of the Canadian police and the coroner which I have got from them, they indicated that on Nov. 1st, 1996 Yang's family asked Ms. Chen to go to Yang's apartment for searching Yang.   They also indicated that the Canadian police asked Ms. Chen to notify Yang's family that one man died in Yang's apartment and they asked the family to come to Montreal for identifying the dead man.   But they didn't indicate Danny Yu had handled all the relative procedures of Yang's body transportation.   Two years after Yang's case, my detective found out that on Nov. 1st, 1996 Danny Yu had already asked the Valley View Funeral Home to handle Yang's body transportation A.S.A.P. (i.e. as soon as possible). ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ [Note 2]: The Canadian police and the coroner knew Danny Yu had no legal right to handle Yang's body but they still let him did.   They disobeyed the Canadian Law and ignored the human right of the dead and the family. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ According to Canadian law, the performer of Yang's will is the first priority to handle Yang's body, Yang's parents are the second priority. The Canadian police asked Ms. Chen to notify Yang's family and at the same time tired to find out Yang's will in his apartment, but they failed to find it out.   When the Canadian police were still looking for Yang's will, the Canadian police and the coroner let Danny Yu, a person who had no legal right, to handle Yang's body.   Danny Yu could make sure the dead man was Yang Yi-Li, but this didn't make the Canadian police and the coroner doubt if Danny Yu was the murderer and they even didn't identify his legality, but matched him to handle Yang's body transportation instead.   In fact, they colluded with the murderer Danny Yu for evidences destroying. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ [Note 3]: Danny Yu is a man with special position.   He could instruct the Canadian coroner and police who were belonged to Canadian judicial system and those people even colluded with Danny Yu and covered him for secret transportation of Yang's body and evidences destroying of the scene of the murder.   Yang's case is really a case of national violence. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ Danny Yu didn't let us know and did not have our authorization, he even provided incorrect personal data of ours to the Canadian police, the coroner, Air Canada as well as Funeral Homes.   Please refer to [Attachment 22].   Under this situation, Danny Yu even could instruct them.   On Nov. 1, 1996 they issued the corpse delivery document speedily within few hours only.   On Nov. 4, 1996, they transferred Yang's body secretly when the body was under the control of the coroner.   On Nov. 15, 1996 they destroyed the scene of murder when the scene was still under controlled and blockaded by the Canadian police. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ 1. The report of Canadian police Mr. Garneau 2939 dated Nov. 1st, 1996 indicated the following visitors and visiting time to Yang's apartment.   It also indicated that Yang's family asked Ms. Chen to go to Yang's apartment for searching Yang and they also asked her to notify Yang's family that one man died in Yang's apartment and asked the family to come to Montreal for identifying the dead man. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@

¡@ 2. The report of our detective Mr. John Connolly date Jan. 12th, 1999 (P.276) indicated that Mr. Boulton, Mr. Ian Elliott and Mrs. Brenda Morant told him that Danny Yu asked to arrange the transportation of Yang's body A.S.A.P. (i.e. as soon as possible) on the morning of Nov. 1st, 1996 (B.C. time).  I would like to brief as follows: ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Mr. Boulton, Funeral Manager, advised my detective that P.246 the corpse delivery document faxed to Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal was indicated the receiving time Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41shown on P.246. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ QUOTED from the Report of My Detective. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Mr. Ian Elliott, Funeral Director, produced a letter written by Danny Yu on Nov. 1st, 1996 asking for the remains of Yang Yi-Li to be shipped from Montreal to Surrey, B.C.   It was on these instructions that they proceeded to make the necessary arrangement with Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal (copy of letter attached). [FYI: The copy letter is on P.273] ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Mrs. Brenda Morant, Family Services Consultant, remembers meeting with Danny Yu on the morning of Nov. 1st, 1996.   She stated that Yu appeared to be in an agitated state and in a bit of a hurry.   He asked her to fill out necessary forms and he would sign them.   He reserved a plot, casket and vault, and paid in cash. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ UNQUOTED ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Note: Danny Yu didn't let us know and didn't have our authorization letter.   He only provided a letter as per P.273.   On the letter (P.273), except from the name and date of birth of Yang, other data was incorrect.   The most questionable was that he could make sure Yang died in October (late), 1996 as he indicated in the letter.   He asked Valley View Funeral Home to arrange body shipment as soon as possible with the less expense and they would pay cash. Please kindly find the following wording in his letter. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ DIED date: in October (late), 1996 ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ Please arrange body shipment (less expressive) to Surrey, B.C. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ A.S.A.P. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ We pay all expense in your office. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ 3. After comparing the reports of the Canadian police and my detective, we finally found Danny Yu is the suspect, because... ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ A. On Nov. 1st, 1996, Danny Yu made sure the dead man was Yang Yi-Li, and reserved a plot, casket and vault, and paid in cash.   He asked Valley View Funeral Home to handle Yang's body transportation A.S.A.P. (i.e. as soon as possible).  However, on the same day, we, in Taiwan, couldn't contact Yang for two days but only knew from Canadian first-aid people and Ms. Chen that a man died in Yang's apartment. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ B. Danny Yu, the man we met only once, took our health insurance data of B.C. unlawfully and arranged Yang's funeral without letting us know and without our authorization. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ C. On Nov. 1st, 1996, Danny Yu arranged to transfer Yang's body from Montreal to Surrey, B.C. on Nov. 6th, 1996.   Please refer to P.246-1 for the original corpse delivery document kept by Valley View Funeral Home, from P.246-1, we were aware that Air Canada Waybill No. 01406492312 had been prepaid. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ D. On Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41, Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal also received P.246 the corpse delivery document.  We don't think Danny Yu could complete all the relative arrangements of Yang's funeral in such a short time. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ 4. If what the manager of Armstrong described about the special function of their fax machine is true, thus the time: Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41 when Armstrong received P.246 the corpse delivery document is correct.   In case what the manager of Armstrong described is not true, then who sent P.246 on Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41 ?   Did Valley View really fax P.246 on 07/30/1996 04:12 first (three months prior to Yang's death) ?   The Canadian government should note this and should check in their telephone list of fax machine, which is one of the clues and also can prove if Danny Yu had planned to murder Yang in advance.   The same situation also happened on P.278-3 Yang's Declaration of Death.  Please refer to [Canada ~ Attachment 17]. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ A. Based on the basic knowledge of using fax machine, different type of fax machine will have different letter shape, so the proceeding of P.246 is as follows: ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ Two different types of fax machines sent P.246, thus there are two different letter shapes and different sending time: 07/30/1996 04:12 & Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41 on P.246 corpse delivery document, i.e. P.246 was sent from Valley View Funeral Home, Surrey, B.C. on 07/30/1996 04:12, three months prior to Yang's death, and another type of fax machine sent P.246 again on Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ B. Through the contact of my lawyer Mr. Gravenor in Montreal (P.279), I visited the manager of Armstrong Funeral Home on July 19th, 1999 who described the special function of their fax machine for me.   The proceeding of P.246 is as follows for the public to verify: ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ The special function of their fax machine was to print, at the same time, their receiving time of the fax and sending time of the sender.   The manager told me 07/30/1996 04:12 was B.C. time (like Mr. Boulton said it was due to the wrong time setting) when Valley View Funeral Home faxed P.246, and Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41 (shown on the bottom of P.246) was Montreal time when Armstrong Funeral Home received P.246. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ Based on the above explanation of the manager of Armstrong Funeral Home, I would like to describe the proceeding of Yang's Declaration of Death (P.278-3) filled by Valley View: On Nov. 4th, 1996 at 14:56 Armstrong faxed P.278-2 to Valley View and at 14:57 they faxed P.278-3 to Valley View.   On P.278-2, Armstrong explained some columns of Declaration of Death (P.278-3).   The time 08/02/1996 00:50 on the top of P.278-3 was B.C. time when Valley View faxed back P.278-3.   According to Mr. Boulton's statements, 08/02/1996 00:50 was still incorrect due to the wrong time setting.   Nov. 04 ' 96 (MON) 16:18 (shown on bottom of P.278-3) was Montreal time when Armstrong Funeral Home received P.278-3. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ C. Mr. Boulton of Valley View explained that the time 07/30/1996 04:12 on P.246 the corpse delivery document was an incorrect time since they set a new fax machine on Nov. 1st, 1996 and hadn't set correct time for it.   However, Mr. Boulton's statement revealed the following questionable points: ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ Mr. Boulton told Mr. John Connolly that the time: 07/30/1996 04:12 shown on P.246 the corpse delivery document is because of the incorrect time setting of the new fax machine which was installed on Nov. 1st, 1996.   For this, the letter shape of the new fax machine should be the same as that of 07/30/1996 04:12.   However, the time Feb. 5th, 1997 11:02AM shown on P.228 proves that during Nov. 1st, 1996 to Feb. 5th, 1997 Valley View changed another new fax machine whose letter shape is the same as that of Feb. 5th, 1997 11:02AM.   Replacing two new fax machines during such a short time seems very impossible.   According to P.278-3 the Quebec government Declaration of Death of Yang Yi-Li was sent from Valley View Funeral Home on 08/02/1996 00:50.   Comparing the time 07/30/1996 04:12 and 08/02/1996 00:50, we fount it is incredible that the incorrect time setting of the fax machine was for four days long at least! ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Note1: Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal provided P.246 corpse delivery document to me via fax on June 25th, 1998. ¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ ¡@ Note2: Armstrong Funeral Home in Montreal also provided P.246 corpse delivery document to John Connolly via fax on Jan. 7th, 1999. ¡@
