	On March 19, 2001, I (Yin's sister) held a press conference in Paris for my brother's and my son's murder cases for the sake of asking the help from French media and judicial organization. However, at 13: 15 the French policemen arrested me rudely in front of the Paris Court and illegally imprisoned me for 3 hours and 15 minutes. On March 21, at 11:00, through the contact of Mr. Chen Li-Chuan, a journalist of Chung-tian, I met Ms. Armelle Thoraval, a journalist of Liberation. Ms. Thoraval had a discussion with the lawyer and advised me that for getting the name list of commission, Yin's family or China Shipbuilding Corp in Taiwan or Ministry of National Defense R.O.C. could make an accusation, but Yin's family should make a criminal accusation against Thomas-CSF for murdering Yin. [Note]: In April 2002, French Intelligence On Line: Kung Cheng-Ting, Taiwan Ambassador to France, pulled strings for the visit to France on May 6, 1989 for Hao Pei-Tsun, Chief of General Staff, so as to let the decision turn to purchase France Lafayette frigates, Kung was also responsible for distributing US$ 400 millions of illegal kickback to Taiwan.

			Mr. Thierry Jean-Pierre revealed the death of Yin's nephew Yang was very questionable, he considered the death of Yang should be relative to Yin's case. He also said that in any country their regular police would investigate Yang's case, especially when Yang's family had pointed out their questions about the death, the police should perform deep investigation.

	1.	Yang Yi-Li's case was a political murder and it was also implicated in the murder case of Navy captain Yin Ching-Feng's (Yang's uncle).
				The way of evidence-destroying of Yang Yi-Li's murder case is right the reprint of Yin Ching-Feng's murder case (national violence).

	2.	We sincerely hope the French government and media could also investigate Kung Cheng-Ting, Taiwan Ambassador to France from 1980 to end of 1990, when they investigate Lafayette Frigates commission.

				Based on Valley View's lawyer provided the documents which were notarized by my lawyer at B.C. Provincial Court, I found T.E.C.O., Ottawa and Danny Tin-Sha Yu were the murderers and evidence destroyers.

	6.	Dr. Yang Jih-Song (楊日松), the supervisor of coroners' office of Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau, judged twice.
				Yi-Li Yang was asphyxiated and might be murdered to die. this case should be taken a further investigation by the Canadian Police.

	7.	Dr. Henry C. Lee, the U.S.A. Criminal Expert Examiner and the commissioner to Department of Public Safety, Connecticut.
				Yang's case had questionable points, he suggested Canada police re-investigate this case and identify the poison.

	8.	Mr. Thierry Jean-Pierre, ex-prosecutor of France and MP of Europe.
				Mr. Thierry's book “Taiwan Connection” revealed the death of Yin's nephew Yang was very questionable, he considered the death of Yang should be relative to Yin's case. P. 191 of his book revealed Yang’s right side of face to have a scar of 9 cm.

	9.	There are many traumas on Yang's body (Restricted for people under age 18).
				Photos taken by the Montreal police and coroner revealing Yang was maltreated to die.

	10.	Yang's body was put into the bathtub water by the murderer on the 4th day after Yang died (Restricted for people under age 18).
				On Nov. 1, 1996, the Montreal police found Yang was dead in his bathtub water, Yang was already dead for 5 days. But, the photo reveals the odd death scene and Yang's body was in the bathtub water only within one day.

	11.	The Montreal police Mr. Forget destroyed the scene of the murder.
				Yang's apartment was controlled and blockaded by Mr. Forget.

	12.	On Nov. 6, 1996 we protested against the Montreal coroners when we found that they had transported Yang's body to Armstrong Funeral Home secretly.
				Yang's body was cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment by Armstrong. The evidences on Yang's body was destroyed.

	13.	The murderers Danny Yu and T.E.C.O, Ottawa colluded with the Montreal coroners to transport Yang's body to “Armstrong Funeral Home”secretly.
				*On Nov. 1, 1996 when the Montreal police found Yang's body, his telephone directory was already opened on page 841 of “Armstrong Funeral Home”*

	14.	On Nov. 2, 1996 the Montreal coroner speedily issued the questionable Yang's attestation of death and authorization of disposition of corpse. On Nov. 4 Armstrong and Valley View respectively forged Yang's Declaration of Death.

				Many questionable points of Yang case. Both S/Sgt. Robert Briske is NCO of Surrey RCMP and Mr. Pat Costello, a senior BC Coroner, considered a further investigation should be extended to Danny Yu, especially with the international implications which could be tied to the death of Yang’s uncle in Taiwan. Yang just died.

				On Nov. 1, 1996 Danny Yu pre-paid all expense in Memorial Garden and Valley View funeral Home office for transporting Yang's body A.S.A.P. Valley View made arrangement for it based on Danny Yu's Letter. But, on Nov. 1, 1996, we, in Taiwan, only knew Yang was missing and a man died in Yang's apartment.
