	For protecting the suspect Rebecca Liao, Mr. Agnessi perjured for covering Rebecca Liao's clearing all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine via remote control. He also didn't clarify who her boyfriend is. He even didn't investigate her whereabouts during October 26th-28th, 1996.
	1.	On November 1st, 1996 at 14:54 when the Canadian police were collecting evidence in Yang's apartment, Rebecca Liao called Yang for clearing all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine by remote control.   Mr. Agnessi didn't investigate Rebecca Liao for her act but even perjured for covering her.
		A.	On September 15th, 1997 in the Montreal meeting, for covering Rebecca Liao's clearing the voice messages in Yang's answering machine, Mr. Agnessi forged that the voice messages in Yang Yi-Li's Panasonic KX-F750C telephone/fax/answering machine couldn't be cleared by remote control.   Please refer to P.261 Mr. Ku's report for Montreal meeting.   In fact, the P.58 of operation manual has indicated this function and the manufacturer also confirmed this, too.  Please refer to P.258.   In the Montreal meeting, I requested Mr. Agnessi to re-check and re-verify this but he rejected.
		B.	Later, we called Matsushita Electric of Canada Limited, Vancouver at TEL. No. (604)278-4211, they said the voice messages in Panasonic KX-F750C telephone/fax/answering machine could be cleared by remote control just as what has indicated in the operation manual of Yang Yi-Li's Panasonic KX-F750C fax machine, they also indicated that since the machine included spare batteries, the voice messages would not be cleared automatically if the power supply was cut off for a long term.    Please refer to P.258.    You can call any office of MELCA in Canada to verify this.
		C.	Mr. Agnessi's report is a forgery.   Mr. Agnessi meant to interfere in my accusation against the suspect Rebecca Liao.
			On page 9 of 13 of Mr. Agnessi's report dated June 5th, 1997(P.277-55), he even boldly forged “the journal report in Yang's fax machine was gone away.” According to the journal report (P.27), I accused Rebecca Liao has cleared all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine. Actually, the journal report (P.27) which we got from Yang's fax machine on January 24th, 1997 can prove Mr. Agnessi's report is a forgery.
			For covering the suspect Rebecca Liao and the delinquency of Mr. Froget for not listening to the voice messges in Yang's answering machine while Yang's fax machine was under Mr. Forget's control from November 1st to 28th, 1996, total 28 days, Mr.Agnessi was even shameless to slander us by indicating in his report dated June 5th, 1997, page 9 of 13 (P.277-55) that “the voice messages were gone away since we brought Yang's fax machine to Taiwan and didn't start it for a long time.”    It also indicated in P.261Mr. Ku's report on Montreal meeting. Please refer to Document V for item XIV.
		D.	Mr. Agnessi ignored the fact that Rebecca Liao's reply regarding the reason of her calling Yang on November 1st, 1996 at 14:54 was a lie and even didn't match her telephone list of 416-413-9820.    Please refer to Document IV for item XIII.    Mr. Agnessi didn't hand in the evidence P.25, P.26 &P.27, which could prove Rebecca Liao cleared the voice messages in Yang's answering machine to Panasonic experts for judgement.
	2.	For covering Rebecca Liao's exact boyfriend who is one of the suspects, Mr. Agnessi erased her boyfriend's name in his report first and later he rejected to clarify the name of Rebecca Liao's boyfriend in his report.
		A.	We brief as follows Rebecca Liao's statements regarding her boyfriend in front of Canadian police (the name was erased by Mr. Agnessi in his report) and Taiwanese police (Chen Yu-Yen) were totally different. This proves that she lied to the police and she covered her boyfriend. But Mr. Agnessi advised us that he would not care Rebecca Liao's replies to Taiwanese police.
			a.	In trial report of Taiwan Criminal Investigation Bureau dated August 12th, 1997,
				Rebecca Liao said that in May or June, 1996 four people including herself and Chen Yu-Yen visited Yang Yi-Li and stayed overnight in Yang's apartment.   Chen Yu-Yen, an overseas Chinese in Malaysia, born in 1970, went back to Malaysia in April 1997 and works in Singapore at that moment.
				廖彗婷也說: 陳育彥和她在美堅華人基督教會認識(Milliken Chinese Community Church，地址: 390 Bamburgh Cir，在Scarborough區，電話: 416-4983399)。Rebecca Liao also said that from January to September 1996, Chen Yu-Yen and her shared the basement at No.1 Fulbert Crescent Basement Apartment, Scarborough, TEL. No. (416)321-9418 and Chen worked for a computer company.
			b.	When Mr. Agnessi interviewed Rebecca Liao on May 1st, 1997,
				Rebecca Liao said XXX (the name was erased by Canadian police in the report) was just a friend and also said in July 1996 she alone stayed overnight in Yang's apartment.
			c.	On May 1st, 1997, Mr. Agnessi called XXX who was in Vancouver (the name was erased by Canadian police in the report).
				XXX said he had never been to Montreal, but he only confessed that before October 20th, 1996, he talked with Yang Yi-Li on the phone for several times.
		B.	Regarding Rebecca Liao's boyfriend, Mr.Agnessi said in the Montreal meeting that he called Mike Chen who was in Vancouver in May 1997.    However, Rebecca replied to Taiwanese police that he was Chen Yu-Yen who worked in Singapore in May, 1997.   These two answers were totally different.   We doubt Mike Chen is Chen Hua-Wei who was also in Vancouver in May 1997 and also known as Mike Chen, but his girlfriend is Diana. Diana is Yang's god sister.   However, in the Montreal meeting, Mr. Agnessi rejected to clarify if Mike Chen was Chen Hua-Wei or Chen Yu-Yen and didn't reply to my lawyer's letter for clarification.
			This is an important clue. On April 23rd, 1997 Mr. Agnessi called Yang's classmate in Kamloops B.C.   It is questionable that the classmate provided him incorrect name of Rebecca Liao's boyfriend.   It is also questionable that Mr. Agnessi believed this incorrect name.
			a.	At the end of June, 1998, in front of us, Mr. Agnessi advised us that he would not care Rebecca Liao's replies to Taiwanese police.   He didn't clarify who Rebecca Liao's boyfriend was.
			b.	Regarding Rebecca Liao's boyfriend, Mr. Agnessi said in the Montreal meeting that he called Mike Chen who was in Vancouver in May 1997.  However, in the Montreal meeting, I told Mr. Agnessi that Rebecca Liao told Taiwanese police her boyfriend was Chen Yu-Yen and Chen Yu-Yen worked in Singapore in May, 1997.   I also told Mr. Agnessi that he was mistaken for Liao's boyfriend, Mike Chen should not be Chen Yu-Yen, he should be Chen Hua-Wei living in Vancouver.  Chen Hua-Wei is also known as Mike Chen but his girlfriend is Diana who is Yang's god sister. I asked Mr. Agnessi to clarify if Mike Chen was Chen Hua-Wei (Mike Chen) or Chen Yu-Yen, but Mr. Agnessi rejected.   Thus, I doubt Mike Chen in Mr. Agnessi's report is Chen Hua-Wei not Chen Yu-Yen.
				In fact, Chen Hua-Wei was Diana's boyfriend, this was known by all the classmates in Kamloops B.C. We have also mentioned this in our petition dated March 7th, 1997 and Document VI. Please kindly find the brief as follow:
				Mike Chen (Chen Hua-Wei) is working in Vancouver B.C., at TEL No. (604)538-xxxx; his home is in White Rock, B.C.
				In 1996 when Mike Chen was in Kamloops B.C., Kevin Wang was his roommate, old TEL. No. (604)851-26xx. New TEL. No. (250)851-26xx. Mike's girlfriend was Diana was Yang's god sister, old TEL. No. (604)851-98xx.
				From 1994 to May 1995 in Kamloops B.C., Kevin Wang and Rebecca Liao were roommates, old TEL. No. (604)376-xxxx.
	3.	Mr. Agnessi didn't investigate Rebecca Liao's whereabouts during October 26th-28th, 1996.   Why didn't he find Rebecca Liao was telling lies?
		A.	Mr. Agnessi believed what Rebecca Liao had told him. Regarding her whereabouts during October 26th-28th, 1996, she lied.
			Rebecca Liao told Mr. Agnessi that she regularly went to youth club of the church on Sundays (October 27th).   She also told Mr. Agnessi that since it took too much time from her apartment to North York then to church in Scraborough, she stayed overnight in her friend's home in Scarborough on weekends (October 26th) and came back until Sunday afternoon. Please refer to P.277-53 and P.277-54 for Mr. Agnessi's report.   In fact, we visited the church in Toronto in mid. of July 1999 to learn that the youth club of the church was not on Sundays (P.282).
		B.	The most suspicious is that she didn't try to find Yang and her whereabouts is also questionable.
			During October 21st to 25th, 1996, Rebecca Liao made 14 calls to Yang only for changing the dates of the trip... Rebecca Liao also told Mr. Agnessi that she wanted to change the time for the trip to Niagara Falls… she worried about Yang very much when she couldn't reach him since it was abnormal that Yang didn't return her call… Please refer to P.277-53 Mr. Agnessi's report.
			In case a trip to Niagara Falls during October 26th-28th as described by Rebecca Liao were true, why didn't she wait for Yang Yi-Li at her apartment on October 26th when she failed to contact him?   why neither did she call Yang Yi-Li on October 26th, 27th and 28th daytime ?   Please refer to P.10 the telephone list of Rebecca Liao's telephone number 416-413-9820 in October 1996.
		C.	Regarding the whereabouts during October 26th-28th, 1996, Rebecca Liao lied to Mr. Agenssi.   It proves her whereabouts is really questionable.   I doubt Yang Yi-Li, Rebecca Liao and Chen Yu-Yen were together.
			a.	October 26th, 1996: Where was Rebecca Liao?
				It should be investigate to confirm if Rebecca Liao had any activity in the youth club of church on the night of October 26th, 1996.   The most suspicious is that why Rebecca Liao didn't call Yang on October 26th, 1996.
			b.	October 27th, 1996: Where was Rebecca Liao?
				Rebecca Liao told Mr. Agnessi that the youth club of the church was on Sundays (October 27th). In fact, it was not on Sundays.
			c.	October 28th, 1996: Rebecca Liao had classes during 3:30PM to 6:00PM.
				I doubt Rebecca Liao was absent in school on October 28th, 1996 since for the History class during 3:30PM to 5:00PM, she didn't provide the name roll record, and for the Choir class during 5:00PM to 6:00PM, her teacher didn't sign on the name roll record (P.281-1).
	4.	According to the class information of The Royal Conservatory of Music provided by Rebecca Liao and the report of my detective, we found out that at the end of October when Yang died, Rebecca Liao and her boyfriend (Chen Yu-Yen?) shared the apartment or lived together at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62. Especially, they had two addresses and three telephone numbers; 416-730-1563 at No. 1 Fulbert Crescent Basement Apartment Scarborough, 416-321-9418 and 416-413-9820 at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62.   The Canadian government should check the telephone lists of Rebecca Liao's three telephone numbers and two addresses for finding the whereabouts of Rebecca Liao and her boyfriend.
		A.	At the end of June 1998 we visited Mr. Agnessi in Montreal.   Mr. Agnessi told us that in October 1996 when Yang died, Rebecca Liao lived at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62.

		B.	On the student attendance sheet (P.281-9) of The Royal Conservatory of Music provided by Rebecca Liao, the pay date was 1996/9/11, the address was: No. 1 Fulbert Crescent Basement Apartment Scarborough, TEL: 416-730-1563. The address on Rebecca Liao's 1996/97 TRANSCRIPT (P.281-10) was: 147 Chipwood Crescent North York, Ontario.
			Note: The above mentioned data was got from my lawyer Mr. Chen Wu-Chang who applied for the copies from Taichung District Court in mid. of March, 1999, due to his irresponsible, the data was delayed for one year.
		C.	Our detective's report on November 5th,1997 (P.226) and the video tape can prove the following:
			a.	At the end of October when Yang died, Rebecca Liao and her boyfriend (Chen Yu-Yen?) shared the apartment or lived together at No. 310 Bloor Street West Apartment 62 and especially, they had two telephone numbers: 416-413-9820 and 416-321-9418.
			b.	In January 1998 Rebecca lived with five girls and three boys at 147 Chipwood Crescent North York, Ontario, also had a man called Chung Yang Chen born on June 19th, 1971 living there.    Please refer to P.263for reference.   We doubt Chung Yang Chen is Chen Yu-Yen born in 1970.   That means Rebecca Liao and this man moved three times and shared an apartment or lived together, they also murdered Yang Yi-Li.
