	Montreal police Mr. Forget destroyed the scene of the murder.
Yi-Li Yang's apartment was controlled and blockaded by Mr. Forget during Nov. 1 to 28, 1996 (P.277-48 the Montreal police's report).    In fact, the following incidents happened.
1.	On Nov. 1, 1996, at 2:54 PM, when Mr. Forget was still collecting the evidence in Yi-Li Yang's apartment, the suspect Rebecca Hui-Ting Liao called Yang's telephone no. (514-8489537) and erased off all the voice messages in Yang's answering machine by remote control.
2.	Yi-Li Yang's bathtub, the scene of the murder, was cleaned.
	A.	Photo taken by Danny Yu on Nov. 30, 1996 (Yang's bathtub was cleaned).		B.	Photo taken by Danny Yu on Nov. 4, 1996 (Yang's bathtub had not been cleaned).
	C.	Mr. Forget's report (P.277-36) indicated that on Nov. 15, 1996 at 13:30 Yang's apartment was cleaned all the content in the fridge and the garbage in the kitchen was destructed.
3.	Yi-Li Yang's gate was impacted.
	A.	Photo taken by the murderer Danny Tin-Sha Yu on Nov. 30, 1996 (Yang's gate was impacted).		B.	Photo taken by the Montreal police on Nov. 1, 1996 (Yang's gate was in good condition).
	C.	S.P.i.L.L detective's report (P.264) indicated that there are 420 apartments in LA CITE building but only Yang's gate was impacted.
						The murderer Danny Tin-Sha Yu cheated my detective that he was Yi-Li Yang's guardian in Canada.  In fact, Yang didn't have any guardian in Canada and he didn't know Danny Tin-Sha Yu when he was alive.
