	Wang Chuan-Pu  (Thomson-CSF's agent in Taiwan)
		Taiwan government has issued the arrest order for Wang because of murdering Yin.   Wang was Taiwan Honored Ambassador to South and Central America.   He was A channel of Lafayette Frigates commission to lobby Taiwan.   In Sep. 1993, Yin and Kuo Li-Heng visited D.C.N., France.   Wang asked Lily Liu's friend (i.e. Kung Cheng-Ting's wife) to receive Yin and Kuo in Paris.   Please refer to Lee Mei-Ling and Yin's and Yang's case.
*	Kung Cheng-Ting  [Taiwan Ambassador to France(1980-Dec. 1990)]
		In 1990, Kung purchased a small apartment in Paris (a luxurious apartment ?).   In 1978, Kung purchased a house in the U.S.A. (bought in 1990 ?).   Kung also had 11 banking accounts (for money laundry ?).   Kung had a saving of US$528,000 (other secret accounts ?).   Kung is the key person to contact European suppliers for Taiwan military.   On May 6, 1989, Kung and Wang Chuan-Pu arranged the visit to France for Hao Po-Tsun that made Lafayette Frigates get an entrance to Taiwan.    Kung was the director of European Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C. from 1991 to May 1994.   The suspect Kuo Li-Heng revealed to legislator Lee Ching-Hua that in Sep. 1993 Kung also went to Paris for receiving Yin and him.   Please refer to Kung Cheng-Ting.
	Liu Ho-Chien  (Chief of General Staff)
		Liu was one of the men who ordered to murder Yin, and was also the “commander in chief ” to destroy the evidences of Yin's case.  Liu commanded the munitioneers Wang Chuan-Pu and Albessard, etc. to escape from Taiwan to U.S.A. or France.  Liu interfered with CIB to investigate the murderer Chen Lu-Zeng and the evidence destroyers erasing Yin's tape of evidences (i.e. Kuo Hsi's tape only including Kuo Hsi and Yin dialogues about navy corruption.).  Please refer to Yang Tzu-Ching and Chin Feng-Hsiang.
*	We sincerely hope the French government and media can conduct an investigation on Kung Cheng-Ting, Taiwan Ambassador to France from 1980 to end of 1990.
*	I hope to get the photos of Yin Ching-Feng, the Ambassador Kung Cheng-Ting's wife (Lily Liu's friend invited by Wang Chuan-Pu) and others taken in Paris when Yin visited D.C.N., in Sep. 1993.  The photos can break Yin Ching-Feng's and Yang Yi-Li's murder cases as well as the corruption of Lafayette Frigate because Kung Cheng-Ting's wife was on the photos but Taiwan government detain the photos and twist the fact to tell the media that the three photos only had Yin and a same woman on them, they misled the public that Yin had a girlfriend.
