The questionable official documents issued by the Montreal coroner for secret transportation of Yang Yi-Li's body

On Nov. 4 Armstrong and Valley View Funeral Home Issued
Yang's False Declaration of Death Respectively
(for Secret Transportation of Yi-Li Yang's Body on Nov. 4.)

1.	It was incredible that Yang's attestation of death and authorization of disposition of corpse were issued twice by the coroner with different contents as per P.275 and P.275-1, P.243 and P.244-1. In addition, Ms. Teng did not notarize P.244-1, P.246-1, P.275-1, P.278-4.

2.	On Nov. 1, 1996 the Montreal coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud speedily issued Yang's questionable authorization of disposition of corpse (P.243, without stamp of the coroner and without indication of destination), just when Yang's body was sent to Montreal City Morgue on Nov. 1, 1996 at 15:15, and before the coroner dissected Yi-Li Yang's body on Nov. 2, 1996 at 09:15. In addition, on Nov. 2, 1996, he also speedily issued Yang's questionable attestation of death (P.275, without stamp of the coroner) the first time for matching Danny Yu's secret transportation of Yang's body from the Morgue to Armstrong on Nov. 4.

	Note: On Nov. 4, 1996 afternoon, Danny Yu even interpreted to the coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud that we insisted Yang was murdered and the body should be put in the coroner's department to wait for the 2^nd examination by the senior coroners

	A.	P.275: Yang's attestation of death dated Nov, 2, 1996	B.	P.243: authorization of disposition of corpse dated Nov. 1, 1996.
			C.	Date enlarged: It is clear that the issuing date should be Nov. 1, 1996, then it was changed to Nov. 2)

	D.	Armstrong Funeral Home's report (P.228) clearly indicated that on Nov. 4^th, 1996 Yang's body was transferred from the Montreal City Morgue to Armstrong secretly where Yang's body was cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment.


3.	On Nov. 28, 1996, the coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud issued Yang's attestation of death (P.275-1, with stamp of the coroner) and authorization of disposition of corpse (P.244-1, with stamp of the coroner and destination was Armstrong Funeral Home) the second time for covering the fact that they had colluded with Danny Yu for the secret transportation of Yang's body from the Morgue to Armstrong on Nov. 4, 1996.

	Note: Mr. Roger C. Michaud cheated us by advising us that for 2^nd examination, only samples were necessary not the body, thus we moved Yang's body to B.C. for bury.

	A.	P.275-1: Yang's attestation of death dated Nov. 28, 1996.	B.	P.244-1: authorization of disposition of corpse dated Nov. 28, 1996.


	C.	Armstrong Funeral Home's report (P.229) clearly indicated that on Nov. 29^th, 1996 Yang's body was transferred from the Morgue to Armstrong again where Yang's body was cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment for the second time.


4.	On Nov. 4^th, 1996 Armstrong and Valley View boldly forged Yang's Declaration of Death (DEC-100) of the Quebec government respectively since Armstrong revised the content of Yang's Declaration of Death P.278-3 filled by Valley View to that of P.278-4, especially the column no. 39 Signature of declarant was left blank. In addition, Valley View filled the column no. 39 Signature of declarant included two people: one was a staff of Valley View's, the other was Danny Yu who didn't have our authorization.
