Happening time and handling time of Yi-Li Yang's case,
my lawyer the evidences as well as
the story which I found the relation of Ching-Feng Yin's and Yang's cases.

Nearly three years after Yang's case, based on Yang's documents provided by Valley View's lawyer and notarized by my lawyer in B.C. Provincial Court, we found officer of T.E.C.O., Ottawa and Danny Tin-Sha Yu were the murderers and evidence destroyers. Danny Tin-Sha Yu was Cheng-Ting Kung's man, Kung was Taiwan Ambassador to France from 1980 to end of 1990, Yu and Kung are the men who connected Yin's and Yang's cases.

1.	The time when Yang's case happened.

	A.	On Oct. 30, 1996 at 22:31, the suspect Rebecca Hui-Ting Liao called me (P.10 Liao 's telephone list). She said something should have happened to Yang. After my insistent questioning, she stated that Yi-Li Yang called her on Oct. 18 or 19 to invite her for Niagara Falls from Oct. 26 to 28. Yang was a good student of McGill with GPA 3.77. He didn't take his mid-term and was missing on Oct. 20. The date of Yang's death Oct. 28, 1996 was just the last day of the trip to Niagara Falls.

	B.	On Oct. 31, 1996 at 22:06, we only asked Ms. Chen in Montreal to search Yi-Li Yang, we didn't notify anybody else (P.12 our telephone list).

	C.	On Nov. 1, 1996 at noon, the Montreal police found Yi-Li Yang was dead in his bathtub and his Taiwan passport; we were in Taiwan at that time (P.277-8 the Montreal police's report). On Nov. 1, 1996 at 15:15 Yang's body was sent to Montreal City Morgue (P.277-7 the Montreal police's report).


	D.	On Nov. 2, 1996 at 09:15, the coroner dissected Yi-Li Yang's body (P.257-6 the coroner's inquest report). On Nov. 2, 1996 at noon Danny Tin-Sha Yu met us at Vancouver Airport and advised us that he could accompany us to Montreal and be our translator (witness: Mr. Feng at airport). On Nov. 2. 1996 at 20:00, we arrived in Montreal.


	E.	On Nov. 3, 1996, Danny Yu flied from Vancouver to Ottawa, then took a bus to Montreal (needed 2.5 hours), and on Nov. 5, he returned to Vancouver in the same way [evidence: Danny Yu's schedule (P.253) and witness: Ms. Chen's father]. I believe the purpose Danny Yu went to Ottawa was to make a secret visit to someone in T.E.C.O, Ottawa for Yang's case and for secret transportation of Yang's body. On Nov. 4, 1996 afternoon, Danny Tin-Sha Yu accompanied us to recognize Yang's body and he was our interpreter.

	F.	On Nov. 6, 1996, we protested against the coroner's assistant Mr. Louis Metivier when we found Yang's body was transported from Morgue to Armstrong secretly and asked him to write a certificate (P.227). We also took a picture of him when he was checking the record on the computer. In addition, Armstrong Funeral Home's report (P.228) clearly indicated that on Nov. 4^th, 1996 they cleaned and performed antiseptic treatment on Yang's body.

	G.	On Dec. 5, 1996 Danny Tin-Sha Yu get our authorization letter by fraud (P.219, P.219-1), so as to cover the previous roles of both himself and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa in Yang's murder case: the murderers and evidence destroyers.


2.	The Canadian police and coroner intentionally covered the suspect Danny Yu and cheated Yang's family maliciously. The evidences is that their report only indicated that on Nov. 1^st, 1996 Yang's family asked Ms. Chen to go to Yang's apartment for searching Yang, the Canadian police asked Ms. Chen to notify Yang's family that one man died in Yang's apartment and they asked the family to come to Montreal for identifying the dead man. But their report didn't indicate that Danny Yu had handled all the relative procedures of Yang's body transportation.

3.	Based on my detective Mr. John Connolly's reports, Yang's documents provided by Valley View Funeral Home's lawyer and notarized by my lawyer in B.C. Provincial Court as well as the evidences (P.279-1 and P279-2) provided by Armstrong Funeral Home, I contrasted these documents with the Montreal polices’report and coroners’report. I found Danny Tin-Sha Yu and T.E.C.O., Ottawa were murderers and evidence destroyers in Yang's murder case.

	Regarding the following official documents (named as P.xxx), except from P.279, P.279-1 were provided by Armstrong on July 19, 1999, others were provided by Valley View's lawyer to my lawyer Ms. Bonnie Teng on May 13, 1999, till Oct. 21, 1999 she only notarized part of them in B.C. Provincial Court, but she did not notarize P.244-1, P.246-1, P.275-1, P.278-4. In fact, Armstrong had faxed the documents P.243, P.244-1, P.245 and P.246 to me on June 25 & 26, 1998.

	A.	Danny Yu was the suspect. The evidences is that in Mr. John Connolly's report of Jan. 12, 1999 (P.276), it indicated that on Nov. 1, 1996 morning, Danny Yu went to Memorial Gardens to buy Yang's plot, casket and vault in cash. Valley View made arrangements for the transportation of Yang's body A.S.A.P. based on Danny Yu's letter dated Nov. 1, 1996 (P.273) which Elliott of Valley View produced. On Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41, Armstrong speedily received the corpse delivery document (P.246) via fax. Comparing with Montreal police's report (P.277-8) indicated that on Nov. 1/96 noon, the police found Yang was death; we were in Taiwan at that time.

	B.	Danny Yu and T.E.C.O., Ottawa were evidence destroyers and murderers. The evidences is that on Oct. 31, 1996 a Montreal police officer, Mr. Forget had called Danny Yu (Danny Yu's letter as per P.249) and Armstrong had quoted for transportation of Yang's body (P.279-1, P.279-2). These prove that on Oct. 31^st, 1996 Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance. Especially, the fax. no. 613-231-8491 of T.E.C.O., Ottawa shown at the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document (P.246-1).

	C.	Montreal coroners colluded with Danny Yu for secret transportation of Yang's body from the Morgue to Armstrong on Nov. 4, 1996. The evidences is that on Nov. 1, 1996 the Montreal coroner Mr. Roger C. Michaud speedily issued Yang's questionable authorization of disposition of corpse (P.243, without stamp and without indication of destination), just when Yang's body was sent to Montreal City Morgue on Nov. 1, 1996 at 15:15, and before the coroner dissected Yi-Li Yang's body on Nov. 2, 1996 at 09:15. In addition, on Nov. 2, 1996, he also speedily issued Yang's questionable attestation of death (P.275, without stamp). On Nov. 4^th, 1996 Yang's Declaration of Death (DEC-100) was boldly forged by Armstrong (P.278-4) and Valley View (P.278-3) respectively.

4.	In mid. of 1998, we learned from Taiwanese newspapers that when Taiwan purchased Lafayette Frigates from France, Cheng-Ting Kung was Taiwanese Ambassador to France. And at that moment, I finally knew Cheng-Ting Kung was murderer of my elder brother Captain Ching-Feng Yin who was murdered on Dec. 9, 1993 due to the corruption involved in Taiwan Navy Lafayette Frigates Purchase from France. Danny Tin-Sha Yu was recommended by Ting-Chung Lee, the younger brother of Cheng-Ting Kung's wife, in mid of July, 1996.

5.	In April 2002, French Intelligence On Line revealed that Cheng-Ting Kung, Taiwan Ambassador to France, pulled strings for the visit to France on May 6^th, 1989 for Pei-Tsun Hao, Chief of General Staff, so as to let the decision turn to purchase France Lafayette frigates, Kung was also responsible for distributing US$0.4 billion illegal kickback to Taiwan.

6.	On November 1^st, 2003 China Times indicated that ex-prosecutor of France Mr. Thierry Jean-Pierre published a book “Taiwan Connection” revealing the death of Ching-Feng Yin's nephew Yi-Li Yang was very questionable, he considered the death of Yi-Li Yang should be relative to Ching-Feng Yin's case. He also said that in any country their regular police would investigate Yang's case, especially when Yang's family had pointed out their questions about the death, the police should perform deep investigation.

7.	My lawyer Mr. Mason Loh was the chairman of S.U.C.C.E.S.S 1994-1998 and Year 2000 MP Candidate of Liberal Caucus. On Oct. 25, 2000 World Journal of Vancouver reported on its first page that Canada Prime Minister enhanced the competition morale of Liberal Caucus by a strong speech on Oct. 24. Mr. Mason Loh was the right standing behind the Prime Minister.
