1.	The Montreal police report (P277-10) indicated on Nov. 1, 1996 at noon when the Montreal police found Yang's body in his bathtub, Yang's telephone directory was already opened on page 841 of “Armstrong Funeral Home”and a clothes with cap covered that page, which the Montreal police have also taken the picture.

2.	Danny Yu was the suspect. The evidence is that on Nov. 1, 1996 Danny Yu, pre-paid all expense in Memorial Garden (P.276) and Valley View Funeral Home office (P.273) for transporting Yang's body A.S.A.P. Valley View made arrangement for it based on Danny Yu's letter which Elliott produced P.273. Comparing with Montreal police's report (P.277-8) indicated that on Nov. 1/96 noon, the police found Yang was death; we were in Taiwan at that time.

	A.	P.276: The detective Mr. John Connolly's report dated Jan. 12, 1999 indicated Mrs. Brenda Morant of Memorial Garden told him that on Nov. 1, 1996 Danny Yu reserved a plot, casket and vault, and paid in cash.	B.	P.273: Danny Yu's letter dated Nov. 1, 1996 indicated that he asked Valley View to arrange the transportation of Yang's body A.S.A.P. and they paid all expense. Brenda was processing the plot (space) today.


3.	Danny Yu was the murderer. The evidence is that on Oct. 31^st, 1996 Mr. Forget, the Montreal police, had already called Danny Yu (Danny Yu's letter as per P.249) and Armstrong had provided a quotation (P.279-2) for transporting Yang's body. These prove that on Oct. 31^st, 1996 Danny Yu had already known of Yang's death in advance.

4.	T.E.C.O., Ottawa and Danny Yu masterminded the secret transportation of Yang's body. The evidence is that the fax. no. 613-231-8491 of T.E.C.O., Ottawa was shown at the bottom and on the back of the original corpse delivery document(P.246-1) provided by Valley View's lawyer on May 13, 1999. Mr. John Connolly's report indicated Armstrong received the corpse delivery document (P.246) via fax on Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41(the 2nd line from the bottom).

	A.	P.246-1: the margins of the original corpse delivery document was cut by Valley View before being faxed.	B.	P.246: the corpse delivery document was received by Armstrong on Nov. 01 ' 96 (FRI) 19:41 via fax. But it was incomplete.
