Everybody knew Danny Yu was a suspect,
since Mr. John Connolly's report and Danny Yu's letter indicated that
on Nov. 1, 1996, Danny Yu pre-paid all expense in Valley View and Memorial office for transporting Yang's body A.S.A.P.,
and Valley View made arrangement for it based on Danny Yu's Letter dated Nov. 1, 1996
(P.273) which Elliott produced.
Comparing with the Montreal police's report (P.277-8) indicated that
on Nov. 1/96 noon, the police found Yang was death; we were in Taiwan at that time. |

The conclusion in Mr. John Connolly's report violated specialty,
since he indicated that he praised for Valley View and Armstrong Funeral Home extreme cooperation
and he didn't continue the investigation on them (i.e. Danny Yu). |

Mr. Pierre Roy replied to Mr. Connolly the reason why Yang's body was returned from Armstrong to the Morgue on Nov. 6, 1996.
A retired RCMP like him should have known the reason was false,
since police inspectors of Vancouver could not go to the Montreal City Morgue for verifying the corpse. |

According to Canada Law and international practice, without the family's signature and authorization letter,
a coroner can not transfer the body from the Montreal City Morgue to Funeral Home,
and the Funeral Home can not clean the body and perform antiseptic treatment. |

At that time, Mr. Connolly had Yang's questionable attestation of death (P.275, without stamp of the coroner) dated Nov. 2, 1996,
the authorization of disposition of corpse (P.243, without stamp of the coroner and without indication of destination) dated Nov. 2, 1996,
Mr. Louis Metivier's certificate dated Nov. 6th,
1996(P.227) and Photo of Mr. Louis Metivier taken on Nov. 6th, 1996 when he was checking the record on the computer.
These evidences pointed out Danny Yu colluded with the Montreal coroners for transporting Yang's body secretly,
but he did not investigate on them. |

which on Nov. 1, 1996 Danny Yu paid the cash to them for secret transporting Yang's body A.S.A.P. and all the documents. |
