	For covering the suspect Danny Yu, Ting Yuan-Ching, the director of Taiwan National Police Administration, and Hu Chih-Chung, the minister of Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the pretext of careful handling, gave the crucial evidences which could prove Danny Yu was suspicious to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa instead of R. C. M. P. and Montreal police. Their act really interfered in the Canadian judicial system.    The result of the investigation of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa is, of course, Danny Yu is innocent.”   Later, my detective's report and the documents of Yang's case which my lawyer got from the funeral home revealed the truth that Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa and Danny Yu were evidence destroyers and murderers, and they did collude with the Canadian police and coroner in advance for destroying the evidences and covering Yang's case.
	On July 29th, 1998 accompanied by Legislator Pong, I visited Ting Yuan-Ching.   I told Ting about the malfeasance of Teng Cho-Jan and Ku Hai-Shan in the Montreal meeting.   I also told Ting that Teng & Ku covered Danny Yu.   I requested Ting to ask International Criminal Investigation Organization to transfer all the relative information of Yang's case and the evidences to prove Danny Yu was suspicious to R. C. M. P. and Montreal police for further investigation.   He agreed but in fact he did his utmost to cover Yang's case.
	Ting Yuan-Ching and Hu Chih-Chung knew Danny Yu was relative to the scandal of Taiwan Navy Lafayette Frigates Purchase.   they didn't transfer to R. C. M. P. and Montreal police our petitions dated July 29th, August 16th and August 21st, 1998 and Document I & XIII: the official letters of authoritative coroner Dr. Yang Jih-Song who judged twice that Yang might be murdered as well as the suspect Rebecca Liao's replies to Taiwanese police and many evidences of Danny Yu's premeditating to murder Yang for further investigation.
	1.	Taiwan National Police Administration issued a letter to ask R.C.M.P. and INTERPOL Ottawa to evaluate the necessity of exhumation for re-examining Yang's body.    They only indicated in the letter that “the deceased's mother came to us many times and insisted that the case was homicidal instead of accidental you concluded” but they didn't enclose in their letter the Document I & XIII [Taiwan ~Attachment 2]: official letters of authoritative coroner Dr. Yang Jih-Song, the former supervisor of the coroners' office of CIB, now the consultant of the coroners' office of CIB, who judged twice that Yang might be murdered.
		Note:	this official letter was not indicated the sender, title of addressee and Yang's police file number 33-961101-027 in Canada(P.269). I don't knew how they would handle this letter after receipt of it.
	2.	I advised both Ting Yuan-Ching and Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the following condition.
		Danny Yu's work in Yang's murder case was to destroy the evidence and to perjure to Mr. Agnessi.   According to the statements of the coroner and police in the Montreal meeting dated September 15th, 1997, we were aware that on November 4th, 1996 Danny Yu, without letting us know, masterminded the transportation of Yang's body from the coroner department secretly and let Yang's body be cleaned and performed antisepsis treatment.   This caused the evidence destroying of Yang's body.   Please refer to [ Canada ~ Attachment 11-1].   Ku Hai-Shan of CIB, R.O.C. and Teng Cho-Jan of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa also attended the Montreal meeting, but they covered this fact for protecting Danny Yu.
	3.	For covering the suspect Danny Yu, Ting Yuan-Ching and Hu Chih-Chung gave Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa the evidences which could prove Danny Yu was suspicious.   For serious handing of this case was only their excuse.   In fact, they intended to cover Danny Yu.  They really interfered in the Canadian judicial system.    The result of the investigation of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa is, of course, “Danny Yu is innocent.”
		Ting Yuan-Ching and Hu Chih-Chung knew Teng Cho-Jan and Ku Hai-Shan covered Danny Yu. They only submitted to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa P.246: an evidence to show Danny Yu had arranged to move Yang's body 3 months prior to Yang's death; this is one of the evidences proving Danny Yu had pre-planned to murder Yang. Please refer to P.270 the official letter from Ting Yuan-Ching to Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 28th, 1998.   They really interfered in the Canadian judicial system.   On the same day, Ting Yuan-Ching asked Legislator Mr. Lin Jer-Fu to help me hire a lawyer for contacting Montreal police and it would be effective, he said they could not interfered in the Canadian judicature system. Please refer to his official letter to Legislator Mr. Lin Jer-Fu (P.270-2) dated September 28th,1998.   Before Ting's suggestion, I told Ting when I visited him that my lawyer Mr. Gravenor had contacted the Montreal police before but got no result. Please refer to [Canada ~Attachment 8, item 3].   The result of the investigation of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa is, of course,“ Danny Yu is innocent.” Please refer to P.270-1 the official letter from Hu Chih-Chung on October 19th, 1998, which also proves that Teng Cho-Jan still covered Danny Yu.
	4.	Later, my detective investigate for the same question P.246 and the relative evidences proved that Danny Yu was the suspect.   Please refer to [Canada ~Attachment 14].   The documents of Yang's case which my lawyer got from the funeral home (signed by my lawyer and notarized by B.C. Provincial Court) prove that Danny Yu and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Ottawa are evidence destroyers and murderers.   Please refer to [Canada ~Attachment 15].   And they did collude with the Canadian police and coroner in advance for destroying the evidences (secret transportation of Yang's body and destroying the scene of the murder, etc.) and covering Yang's case.
