The evidences is that Mr. Roger C. Michaud judged no other sign of violence or trauma to the body (P.257-2 Coroner inquest report)
and the second time, he explained that the scar of 2.5x1cm on Yang's right ankle was because of his right ankle touching the faucet,
so the 110V electricity resulted in a burned wound (P.257-4 Coroner inquest report),
but for the first time, he explained the scar was caused by
the right ankle leaning against the faucet (P.257-2 Coroner inquest report).
In fact, Mr. Roger C. Michaud mistakenly explained about the scar,
because from the photo no.25 taken by the police in the scene (a photo of Yang's whole body in the bathtub),
everybody can see clearly that Yang's feet were side by side leaning on the left tile wall,
Yang's right foot was away from faucet. |
