This is for replying to the official File No. 8603007718 dated April 8th, 1997
from North America Section III of your esteemed department |

II. |
According to the Canadian coroner's official inquest and forensic reports provided by
your esteemed department, we would like to provide our opinions as follows: |

| |
|
|
The victim was in the bath tub full of water with his feet out of the bath tub and
right foot pulled almost to upper side of the faucet. It was possible that: |
|

|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
1. |
When the victim was in the bath water, his head and shoulder were pressed into the water,
thus he inhaled much water which caused him asphyxiated and die. |
|

|
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
2. |
Or his feet were pulled out of the water which made his body and head slipped into the water. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
3. |
Then the hair dryer was thrown into the water to disguise or speed up the asphyxiation. |

|
|
|
| |
|
|
It is a habit of general people to leave the bath tub first,
then wipe dry their hair and use hair dryer for hair, however,
the victim used hair dryer for his hair when he was still in his bath tub (i.e. He hadn't finished bathe).
It is unreasonable. Thus, this case should be taken a further investigation by the Canadian Police. |
