ˇ@ I-Lan District Prosecutors and the military law department of the Navy Headquarter colluded each other to transport Yin's body, put make-up on it and suture the wounds on Yin's body secretly. ˇ@

ˇ@ When President Chen was still a legislator, he did his utmost to investigate Yin's case.  The photo on Taiwan Daily News dated July 24, 2000 was the one showing President Chen was holding a press conference in Legislative Yuan in early 1994.  During the press conference he presented the photo of Yin's body, claimed the military had transported and put make-up on Yin's body secretly and also erased Yin's tape of evidences.   On March 24, 2000 Mr. Lee Chen-Hsun, a military prosecutor, finally confessed it and pointed out it was relative with I-Lan District Prosecutor.   The Control Yuan investigated this case in July 2000. ˇ@

On July 24, 2000  Taiwan Daily News reported that President Chen emphasized the new government would do their utmost to break Yin's case.
